Blue Haven Resort is an all-inclusive resort that features free Wi-Fi, private beach area, outdoor swimming pool, massage services and elegantly decorated suites and studios. The suites offer air conditioning, seating area, CD player, flat-screen TV with cable channels, dining area and equipped kitchen. The private bathroom has free toiletries. Some activities that can be performed at the resort are scuba diving, kayaking, jet ski, semi submarine rides and sunset cruises and sails. There is a golf course nearby. Blue Haven Resort is just 5 minutes’ drive from Grace Bay, where restaurants, shops, night life and other popular touristic attractions are located. All meals at the any of the resort’s restaurants as well as unlimited domestic and premium beverages at any of the resort’s restaurants, bars and swim up pool bar are included. Pros +
- That water was calm due to the inlet. My room faced the water...that's it.
- The room was really terrific. And the beach, while small. Was well kept and warmer than the other areas of water because of its location.
- Nice upscale resort that gives you access to two other sister resorts on the island via a free shuttle. Clean and well run resort with a very nice breakfast included in our rate.
Cons -
- Food was terrible. Nothing was fresh. No snacks were available beyond two jars of junk food. Service was slow. Kids everywhere. Stuck on tip of island. Drinks were not even close - a spicy margarita does not include 5 shakes of tobasco sauce.Stay a
- The staff is miserable. They literally will not make eye contact with you. To get any service outside, you have to get in line around the bar and hope someone looks at you. The lunch menu ready like a children's menu. We left 2 days early.
- There were many incidentals that we were not expecting and you don't really have much of a choice as to where to buy groceries or go out to eat other that the resort due to its isolated location.
