Everything you expect. But often don't get the basics. Clean room, comfortable bed, good quality bedding and towels, friendly receptive staff.

I was driving a plug in Hybrid. No charging facility. I was in the are 4 days and didn't have access to one anywhere I went. I could find one if i wanted to make a special trip and wait hours for it to charge. Nothing wrong with hotel.

Rooms are spacious and well distributed. The bathroom and room are clean. The personnel is great.

Nice cars from Tour de Breatagne were at the hotel.

Breakfast room looks like a Mensa, even worse. The buffet is in two separate areas of the room. Nice picture, but it gives a wrong impression, the hotel is far away from the town. (see hotel picture from the far away ocean. Directly on the National road,

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the surroundings view, the no frills yet comfy ambience. We only stayed for one night, due to our journey itinerary, but it could easily served as a base hotel for longer periods.

Staff going out of their way to help you. They helped me find the nearest boulangerie and offered coffee, juice and croissants and I arrived after breakfast time. Good sustainably policy and practical applications

A very convenient hotel for the UK ferry in a beautiful position. The staff were very accommodating and a good breakfast.

The stairs were difficult.

The bed was comfy. Breakfast good as usual - love the location.

Location was perfect, close enough to St Malo for facilities and ferry port. Easy access from route.

With only limited snacks available, finding restaurants nearby was a problem.

Breakfast buffet continental style, location makes it easy to find on main road network, parking good .

No restaurant, out of town so a drive or a taxi into St. Malo or the intramuros. Clean but no Spa Hotel.

We enjoyed the relaxed vibe of this place. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was compact but had everything we needed, was comfortable, and exceptionally clean.

Thin walls and noisy neighbours. One bed had a very hard mattress

The room overlooked a very noisy road. The booking website could better explain that a pre-cooked basic evening meal is available for microwaving, and at what times. We had stopped at a terrible take-away pizza bar as we were hungry, thinking nothing was on offer at Hotel Kyriad. Would have much preferred even a microwaved meal here though. Please get this service onto the website.

The hotel was very clean, staff were excellent particularly Jillie who greeted us and explained everything we needed to know.Breakfast was excellent

Being picky the bed was a bit soft but would happily return

We were given Room 6 - which we have coincidentally been allocated twice previously! This quiet, rear, ground floor room overlooks the car park and also has an exterior door. It is perfect for us, as we travel with our dog, who stays in the car and can be easily reached directly from the room. The rooms and shower rooms are always clean and the large beds extremely comfortable.

I was travelling with my elderly father who has mobility issues we were given a room as close to the stairs as possible, all staff were friendly and very helpful even though my French is quite limited they are happy to persevere.

Oh nothing this had everything I needed the staff the location, the motorway can be a bit noisy but that cant be helped the view of the bay from the bar when the sun is about to set brings everything into perspective.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff ( especially Laura, who served the snacks in the evenings )

Availability of a good coffee machine during the day and a restaurant.
