Good breakfast selection. Pleasant staff. Good parking on site (extra cost). Comfortable and quiet room.

The window in our room could not be opened, but luckily they changed our room when we asked for it. The room is quite basic, but looks quite modern, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is small and functional. The hotel is nice and tidy, parking is expensive, but there is a free parking lot nearbyThe breakfast was the best point of this accommodation and improved the impression after the problems with the cot and changing rooms because of the window. Fresh baguettes, croissants, butter, several types of delicious jams, yogurts, cereals, Nutella, cheeses... a very tasty breakfast with a quality selection, and there was no crowd at breakfast at all.

We asked for a baby cot, but due to late booking it wasn't prepared for us in advance, which I understand, but we still wanted a cot to be brought to us so that we could put it in room by ourselves, but they did not fulfill our wish.

We loved the parking and the price!

The bed was very worn and the pillows very firm.

The food was very good, and the staff very pleasant and efficient.But: in the bedroom:The pillows were very hard and over filled.We ended up with neck ache.The wash basin tap was very awkward tu use since you had to keep turning it on to get a steady flow of water.The shower made the whole bathroom floor wet: very dangerous.There was only one big towel and one small one: we had to ask for another one.The drinks tray only had 2 coffee sachets, one tea and one herb tea, and no milk.

The property location is really well situated. It's in a street that is almost at the centre of most things, meaning all I had to do was walk most of the time. Rennes major centre is about 20 minutes walk, and you can pass by the park. The Alma shopping complex is also another 20 minutes walk and so are most things.The staff we great in my opinion. Very helpful and supportive.

That most of the stuff did not speak English and I had to rely on ChatGPT and Google translate. The room was also a lot smaller than I expected and there wasn't a lot of amenities so to speak. I also did not like that you pay separately for the breakfast. Given the price, it should be breakfast inclusive in my opinion.

Easy to find parking on site

Conveniently located near the metro station, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach any destination. The environment was peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Room Service was not free of charge

The environment was cool. I took a walk on Friday at midnight all the way to St. Jaques Gaite from the hotel. The place is quiet and good for thinking. The staff will answer your questions promptly and give very good suggestions as well. There is the Maltiere bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can take the C6 Aeroport/St. Jacques de la Lande bus direct from Gares Rennes and land right in front of the hotel, then walk about 10 steps to the door. Highly efficient for first-time travellers to Rennes.Free drinking water, consistent running water (hot/cold) with good temperature controlled rooms. I wanted to stay in all day too. If I visit Rennes or any other place with a Campanile hotel, I think I'll use the same hotel if the service is this way everywhere. Thank you

I don't think I have anything else to add because I didn't see any issues. I didn't ask the staff, but it would be nice if they allowed guests to cook their own foods and charge some kind of fee for using the kitchen amenities.

Internet was terrible. the Clothes hangers cheap and most broken. Water leaks on the floor from the shower in my room. No room service or change of towels for six days!

Room was clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Food was perhaps a little expensive for what you actually get.

During or stay at this location the room temperature controls were set too hot and could not be changed by the guest. We did raise this issue with management who tried to rectify the issue.

Price was right for an overnight stay.

No restaurant and as we arrived on a Sunday nothing was open.
