A convenient stop over, plenty of parking. Rooms clean and restaurant was good.

Great location , wooded and quiet but just off the motorway. Perfect for dog owners as it is a motel so you can request a ground floor room. Garden area to walk the dog . We had a lovely , good value 2 course dinner here and our dog was allowed in the restaurant. Parked a few feet from our room door.

Slightly shabby decor in the room and breakfast (extra cost) was underwhelming.

Easy access to the room with parking directly outside. Somewhere to walk the dogs easily..The breakfast was good.

The room was cold on entry. The curtains were see through. The restaurant was closed when information said it was open, we chose this for the reason we could have a meal on site. The booking originally said breakfast included, but it wasn't making it a very expensive night stay for the type of accommodation.

Easy to find

Food choice was poor and not good either. Tried to over charge me and made a fuss when I queried it- eventually agreed they were wrong. X

The restaurant next to the reception was amazing! They also open till quite late. We checked-in after 9pm and had a lovely dinner. The staff was very friendly and helped us what to order at reasonable price!

Good location close to EV chargers. Loved being able to just step out of room during the night for the dog. Nice walks close by. Great to have kettle in room to make tea/coffee. Friendly staff.

Could hear guests above room during the night so that was disturbing. Heating and aircon didn’t work very well. Room seemed tired and needed decoration and shower needed regrouting. Breakfast at 13,50€ each seemed expensive.

An ideal budget hotel for a stopover on the way through France and the staff were friendly. Not a luxury hotel but great for the price, the dogs were welcome and a good buffet breakfast. Everything was very clean and functional, which is as much as you want for an one night stay really. It was very easy to get to and from the motorway. Big car park so easy parking and quiet at night.

I cannot understand how this hotel has a 3 Star Rating. The room was filthy, the carpet was not cleaned, see photos. The skirting boards and shelves were equally covered in dust, see attached photos. The promotional photos of the rooms did not match the room we were provided. We booked a Superior Double, I’d hate to see a standard room. We stayed at the same chain of hotel in Chartres and were impressed, this hotel was a complete opposite experience. The walls were paper thin, no soundproofing. No plug in the sink, having to improvise to have a shave in the morning. No bath mat/towel. Only 2 small pillows. So disappointed and definitely not value for money. We have travelled across France for 2 weeks, this was the worst hotel we visited. I suggest that Booking.Com send a representative to view and experience for themselves.

Good location after tunnel crossing, and after long journey from north of UK. A pleasant stay with helpful staff, good value for money. Will stay again in near future.

Lady on reception was lovely, although their restaurant isn't open on Saturday night, their pizzas and wine were great, and just what we needed, more than a sit down meal, also big enough for a Road trip breakfast the next morning. Mum's in a wheelchair so her room was perfect

Difficult to find .. . and the Booking map feature is poor . . in the end the Novotel was easy to find, and it is next-door

Stated here several times before. Good value. Quiet. Clean.

Locations was good

Our room smelt really bad, unfortunately it smelt like a drainage issue, or potentially something in the air conditioning. When we asked to move rooms, we were told the hotel was full and they just gave us an air freshener. We asked again on our second night and we were told the same thing. Also they only made the one bed when they cleaned the room, I can't for the life of me understand why. Photo attached
