The staff were helpful.

The room was not ready when we arrived and not cleaned the next day. The place seemed a bit tired and rundown.

Convenient for overnight stop on way to Calais.

There was a faulty air conditioning unit in one of our rooms - it made incredibly loud noises all through the night (whether turned in or off) which meant it was impossible to sleep. As no night time reception there was no option to change rooms. The upstairs room was fine and both rooms were clean.

Simple online booking. Just needed a bed for the night & didn’t want to spend too much money. Easy automated check in via terminal outside.

Outskirts of town location, you’ll need a taxi if you intend to visit the town centre. Guess that’s why it’s so affordable.

Location was good, plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was very good, bacon and scrambled eggs, plus a continental breakfast.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was very good, lots of choice.

The rooms are small but clean — perfectly fine for a roadside hotel.

The toilet didn’t flush well. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to buy water from the snack machine.

Air con in some rooms good in others not so good so had to open the windows to cool the room.eds comfortable.

Stayed in this area a few times, room clean air con worked well and a few places to eat near by.Plus Wilma our cat give it a paws up.

Had a problem getting into room resulting in paying twice which was sorted by booking.com big thanks to Rahma S who was a big help and only thing about the room was the shower very small even my petite wife said ,I don’t no how you got a shower .

Good basic hotel, with family rooms...ideal for a stopover en route to the Vendee region. Good location - there's a huge retail park with large hypermarket (Carrefour Tourville La Riviere), lots of shops and eating outlets within a 10 min drive - we were able to stock up on supplies for our trip and top up the petrol for the drive there.

They really need to sort out the shower trays and make them deeper/put on a proper shower screen rather than a curtain - water went everywhere!

Convenient for a stopover (on a main route) but would probably stay at the other B&B in Rouen next time (we stayed there earlier in our trip and was better value for money) for the reasons outlined below

Never again

On an industrial estate next to a hotel with asylum seekers in it big electric gate but the pedestrian one was non existent, self check in noises all night from the car next to the lake obviously sleeping in it dog barking and half a mile from a buffalo grill which was shocking all in all awful stay.

Location was great, and family rooms were comfortable - a great for a stopover en route to/from the Vendee region. Brilliant shopping park nearby with huge Carrefour where we stocked up on supplies for our journey and fresh bakery items, as well as topping up the petrol. There's also a Burger King in the same retail area and a McDonalds just up the road from the hotel (both with play areas) - so they kept the kids happy for easy dinners on the nights we stayed en route to and from our final destination on the west coast of France.

They need better shower trays - they are too shallow and the shower curtains don't hold in the water, so a lot of water was going on the floor - a bath mat was provided at least, but still needed more towels to contain.
