Breakfast was okay. Location was ideal. Plenty of space to park. Great to have access to both a fridge and microwave.

I Could not get the window open. Room too hot and air conditioning was not working as expected. Some noise from other guests during the night and early in the morning.

    3SusanPosted on: 3-19-2025

    it wasn't expensive

the room was cramped and the shower was tiny even for me and I'm only 5ft 2in. it said the rooms were sound proofed but it didn't sound like it ?

    8NigelPosted on: 3-9-2025

Late arrival. Very courteous and helpful night manager. Bed comfortable Clean and functional breakfast

No waste paper basketCouldn’t switch just the bedside lights on!

    10JoycePosted on: 1-15-2025

Having a microwave and a fridge is a good idea and the new bedspread was very nice. The amazing and very helpful staff is a great addition.

Obviously, because of lack of double rooms, we had a bunk on top. It's not a big deal, though

    Staff were pleasant and friendly

Room very dated, shower head wouldn't stay in holder. Every time someone walked up the stairs outside, you were awakened by the noise of the metal stairs. The radiator beeped constantly throughout the night.

    10JoycePosted on: 1-2-2025

Upgraded room. Fridge, microwave and new lighting was much appreciated

    8TonyPosted on: 9-18-2024

Room was nice size, comfy bed.

Shower not consistent, very hot to warm.

    6PeterPosted on: 9-10-2024

Ok basic accommodation - handy for local eateries - out of town and outside LEZ

    7DavidPosted on: 9-9-2024

    Good location, safe parking

    Bathroom needs updating

    5PeterPosted on: 9-9-2024

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory.

The code sent to us for the car park access gate was wrong. We arrived just before 9.00 pm and managed to get the receptionist to let us in. 3 minutes later and we would have been locked out. Then the key card for our room didn't work and we waited 25 minutes for someone to arrive and put it right. The car park layout and exterior of the building was wasn't welcoming, in fact, a little unnerving. The sides of the building do not have lighting and for older and less able people this is also not good. Towels felt damp, no plug in the wash basin.

Not a lot really barring the price. My own fault though I should have read about it more. With the price being so cheap I can see why workman use it for work digs.

There were groups hanging around outside their rooms which to be fair is understandable as the rooms are basic. My family didn’t feel safe.

    5ChristianPosted on: 8-18-2024

You can't beat the price BUT:If you are a family looking for a quick stop over and you are not well-travelled/ have small children, then I'd go for the Ace Hotel in parc expositions instead. If you are a seasoned male solo traveller, or looking for somewhere for you and a bottle of whiskey to hunker down and give up on life, then stay here.Having said that, we're valley Welsh, so along with the several Dutch families alongside us, we coped fine.

Aug 2024. This premiere Classe is still awaiting its refurbishment (Premiere Classe are refurbing all of its hotels gradually- this hotel seems to be at the bottom of the list). Bedguard on bunk bed broke, shower was a law unto itself and was either in scald or freeze mode, area was, um industrial?

We just required a stay overnight before heading to Calais.Basic but perfect for a cheap overnight stay.

Very friendly staff and big shout out to Didier who was very helpful and super friendly. Great customer service.

Friendly helpful staff, air conditioning, cost

Be nice to have more pillows and bigger towels

Nothing. The check in was supposed to be via electronic machine. The machine did not work and we had to buy a hotel room next door. I paid for this joke hotel for a room that we never used. They said I had to call a number, as the staff forgot to put the key cards in the machine for automatic check in. I did call but the number did not work. They said it was my fault so no refund.

The room was fine for our needs of one night but my booking wasn't recognised on the check in machine and we had to buy 2 new rooms at the cost of 100e. When I took the receipts to reception they took these and have have had a few bits of information but no confirmation of return of funds.

Having to pay twice for my room and little communication from them about the reimbursement.

Cheap room for onward travel. Onsite parking.

    Very small room.
