The air conditioning ? comfortable bed. Nice and quiet ?

Nothing really.

Very coinvent parking. Extremely comfortable. Excellent reception staff. Shutters on the window. Lovely bathroom with bath. Lovely hot water. Tea tray with electric kettle.

Paper cups for both the bathroom and tea tray. If we did not have our own glasses and cups we would have scolded our hands. The paper cups in the bathroom were stained. They forgot to leave hand towels. This was an over sight I am sure but by the time we could ask for the towels we were ready for bed.

Checkin only until 21h, too bad there is no machines 24h

I wrote twice to the hotel and got no replies, therefore my request was not possible. By the time I arrived it was too late, (and I was too tired) to cancel the booking and find a different hotel.

Perfect for overnight stay near ferry port.Good location and very helpful staff

For the money a very good toom,bed and bathroom. Easy free parking.

Restaurant closed Sunday night but Chinese nearby ok

The room was spacious and very comfortable.We were heading to the port in the morning, so its location was ideal.We would stay again

We never used the restaurant as we didn't have a great experience at their hotel in Bordeaux.Identical menu. It's really poor quality and extremely overpriced.

Bad

The bed on a cold day was freezing. I tried for 2-3 hours to make it warm enough to sleep in without success. I moved to another hotel that had permanent heating.

Tea and coffee tray in room was appreciated as this seems to be a rarity these days. Close to ferry.

The king bed was too big for the size of the room. A double would be sufficient

I was looking forward to a much needed soak in a relaxing bath but the bath plug was too small for the plug hole.Argh. Shower was hot but not quite the 'fix' I was dreaming of.

The Hotel is in great need of a refurbishment. It’s sad to see how it is being neglected

The first room I was shown into rm no 001 had a hole in the side wall which had been patched up but not very well. Water had leaked in and the carpet was very wet. The receptionist transferred me to rm 006 which is for dis a led people. The net curtains were hanging off at one end.

Convenient stopover for St Malo ferry.

No resturant for an evening meal. Very few eateries that were within walking distance. The one pizza joint was quickly overrun by hotel guests (there are three budget hotels at this location in total) looking for a meal of sorts on a Saturday night. We didn't attempt breakfast the following day.

Superb breakfast and lovely clean rooms. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.
