REGIOHOTEL Leipzig West

We stayed only 1 night on our way to Austria. It was very clean, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was delicious and iffered everything a breakfast buffet should contain.

Everything was perfect.

Good location and size of the family room.

Not cleaned properly.

Staff was helpful with ordering food, bed was good, quiet location, manageable from highway.

Dust and spiderweb almost everywhere, maybe they forgot to clean (ventilation was in this position). Couldn't lock the doors from outside, the sliding pin was missing pieces, but was closing. Bare minimal for 1 night.

Absolutely NOT recommended if you are not German! I was driving from Austria to Poland and was planning to stop in Leipzig at night to rest. So I was specifically looking for a hotel where I could check in at night. On the booking.com website it says that the reception at this hotel is open 24 hours a day. It turned out that it was a lie. The hotel was closed at night. The phone number that is listed for contacting the hotel in case you need help does not work! All the messages that are sent when trying to get in touch are in German, WHICH I DO NOT KNOW!!! This is just a mockery! I was just standing on the street at night and could not get into the hotel! I was very lucky that at 02:30 at night some German guests were returning to the hotel and helped me. Otherwise I would have had to sleep in the car! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!!

Very poor hotel is was actually workers motel no air con na hangers in the bathroom our bathroom was clogged you couldn’t shower we had to ask for another room just to take showers over there

Not good policy

I had problems with my motorbike and I wrote them about it and said I'd shown up as soon as I got my motorbike fixed. They replayed no problems and to write when I had solved the problem. They canceled my reservation. When I showed up they said to have given money back to Booking.com and I lost everything. They could have said nothing instead in the beginning.

I think hotel needs general refresh, it's slightly olldy.

We arrived late and still it was very easy to find and there was a key waiting for us. We only needed the room to sleep before driving again and it was perfect for that. We loved that we could bring our dog.

Bad

I wasn't able to get into the hotel though I performed the remote checkin. The doorbell was not working, all contact phones were either not working or useless. Lost one hour jumping around the building and it was quite cold.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was delicious and fresh. Very convenient parking place for a car. There are enough parking spaces. We needed to spend the night and we no longer had time to see the sights of Leipzig; the hotel was well located along our route. It was quiet in the hotel and outside. All was good.

Breakfast was really good, wide selection of different food and drinks. Beds are comfortable, there is enough toilet paper, soap and shampoo, reception lady was very nice and helpful :) I also like the location, big parking and easy access to the hotel. Perfect as a place to stay overnight during a long drive. Room was clean.

Lighting in the room is too dark, but it doesn't really matter if you only stay for a night.

Value for money was good. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Location was OK if your looking for a hotel near the autobahn. It is far from Leipzig though. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom was close to disgusting with both black mold in the shower and moldy curtains. The overall standard of the hotel was pretty poor.

Excellent breakfast & dinner. Nice room. Good place when travelling with dogs.Google Maps didn't find the best route there : D

Clean, close and convenient! Don't expect fancy schmancy but I think value for money is very high here. This was my 3rd visit.
