Would be nice to include a small fridge. My room does not have air conditioning, so a small fan would also be nice.

lovely apartment enough space and clean with beautiful view on the garden.The facility was like 25 min away from Mont Saint Michel and green fields everywhere.Parking available.

Comfortable bed. Workers, both young, super nice and welcoming.

Facilities were old and small. Extra expensive restaurant not value for money. Breakfast 14€ quite expensive but it is buffet. Lady on the front desk tried to sell us a ticket to the Abbey even if we had it free (under 26 years old).

Modern and comfortable hotel ideally located near Mont Saint Michel. The restaurant on site was amazing, both for dinner (options and food quality) and breakfast. There is also a space for kids to play next to the dining room, which was perfect

Our room (ground floor with view on the field) had a horrible (chemical) smell. The staff checked and confirmed but couldn't do anything about it and hotel was fully booked. We had to sleep the whole night with the window open and even then it was tough. The next day the manager admitted he knew of the issue and had already tried fixing it, to no avail. So really that room shouldn't be made available, especially for a family with a toddler and a pregnant woman. No gesture was made

Our stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Everything was ok

The price was decent given the proximity to Mont St. Michel. Just be aware that it's not on the main drag, and to get to the town, you have to go out of the way to drive back.

The room was just big enough for the full size bed and two small night tables. We had two rooms for three people. One was okay, with a decent-sized bathroom. In the other, the bathroom was so small, you couldn't stand at the sink and close the door without bumping into it. The shower stall had an accordion door, but it folded into the tiny space, and was I didn't dare close it for fear of getting stuck.

Manager that booked us into our room was very helpful, friendly and caring.

The bartender staff in the evening after the manager had left were very rude and unorganized, the drinks were a quarter full, tried asking nicely for him to top the drink up but instead he filled it up with about 7 pieces of ice. I’m all for a strong drink but the cocktails were literally pure spirits and were missing half the ingredients…

The dinner was delicious. The location beautifully rural and ideal for a last night en route to Cherbourg

it should be made clearer that hotel and reception is closed outside of checking/checkout hours. it was rather unexpected and confusing to find all doors locked and nobody to check with when we arrived at 1PM ..

The views

The staff were extremely rude and racist, my daughter understood what they were saying in French. Property was dark, dusty, the beds and rooms dirty. No fans no a/c. Unbelievable heat and sweating. Ask for cold Coke it was flat from a big bottle. Couldn’t facilitate dinner or breakfast for us. Awful stay. No lifts. No fans I bathrooms so smelly. Shower not working properly.

Nice hotel for the location.Its very near to Mont Saint-Michel. 20 min drive.Breakfast was nice. Limited choice but plenty. You could boil your own egg and warm your pancakes. Everything was testy and fresh.

The room was a bit small but ok for 2 people. They would always change the towels and when put on the floor and make our bed but I noticed they would not swipe the room everyday. One dead fly was there and stayed with us the entire stay. Their staff are nice but the restaurant staff would barely understand English. Being a popular hotel, I'm guessing a lot of tourists come, they should at least understand what still water means. I had to write it on google translate for them to understand. I noticed another guest was having the same problem, in the end she gave up and ordered rose wine ??‍♀️. I didn't want to order the 3 course menu but just the appetizer and yet the staff didn't understand me so i ordered it even though i wasnt that hungry.

the owner just called us to let us know that his accommodation is fully booked and there is not available space for us and we have to find a different place.

Booked rm months ago 2 beds..arrived not avail ...pd extra to get rm w 2 beds handicap .nasty bathroom n smelled...didn't shower so badGood size room. Comfy beds....Wouldn't stay here ever..travelled 3 weeks..10 hotels .this was worst hotel.

The wifi could be faster

The hotel was very new and clean. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good.

It’s petty, but for such a nice hotel, a better quality of towel would be nice.
