i thought originally breakfast was included rooms looked smaller than photo but nice linens

It served it's purpose for 1 night. Bedroom was clean.

Pictures don't accurately represent the place, and it's not accessible without a car, as it's located in the countryside beside a main road.

Very clean and quiet. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great.

Bad

The walls were covered in dead mosquitos. The beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets had stains on and we requested a cot but never got one

Close to Mont Saint Michel.

Room not so clean and very tiny. Under basic amenities. Squeegee in the bathroom for pushing the water after showering. Toilet installed very high, totally uncomfortable. Close to noisy road all night long. Poor breakfast, no fruits no vegetables. No hot food. Just DUY pancakes. Totally disappointed, well overpriced.Check in @ 17:00 to 19:00The pool closes @19:00

Clean room and shower

Poor breakfast. If you really want to find any bread, you need to be a very early bird. At 9 am there was no bread at all. Swimming pool open hours from 10 am till 19 pm. Check in time starts at 17pm so you have chance to swim, but check out is at 10, so you get it, right?

Disgusting

This place is not for disabled people's The rooms were disgusting. We booked 2 rooms one had blood on the net and the other the shower and curtain was black with mould and grime. There was no way we were staying there. The pictures with the balconies are for residents. The pool and breakfast is served below ground which you have to access via external stairs. We never stayed and they are refusing to return our money for 2 nights. Stayers beware…..

Time to wake up and knowing we can leave! Staff reception was friendly.

Normally i don’t give a lot of negative comments. I work also in the hotel business and travel a lot over the world. I sleep in hostels, motels and 5 star hotels. But this one is really terrible. Not clean hair on the door, chewing gum on the sealing. The bed is too small. I am 1m80 and my feets were the whole night out of the bed. (I placed and average towel on the bed to show how little it was). The bed is hard and if i say hard i mean hard of the floor. Me and my partner having both pain in the back after the night. I am very sorry but this hotel is really a not done. Slept better in hostels.

The breakfast was good value

Reception was officious. We needed an evening meal after a long journey and had a lot of trouble getting reasonable information. The room was ok but the whole hotel, especially the numbering on the doors made it look like a prison!

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel is well situated between St Malo and Mont St Michel. The pool was also nice

Our bed was broken and very uncomfortable. The room smelled bad. It's more of a one star motel than a hotel. It would probably be worth getting somewhere more expensive for a better night's sleep

We had a comfortable overnight stay going with the dog from Mont Saint Michel to Cancal, surrounded by nature, there are places to walk the dog.

The reception closes quite early, you need to check in in time, the pool and sauna close early, we didn't have time to use it after a hot day

Room was quiet and had separate toilet to the bathroom which was convenient with 2 people in the room. When reported aircon not working staff assured us it will be once back from the meal. So it happened it wasn't working but the night wasn't too warm so we managed. Reported back again at check out so hopefully will be sorted for next guests

Swimming pool opening times are limited but it wasn't clear on the description of the hotel so we were unable to use it as only stayed 1 night (checked in after pool closed and next morning it wasn't open until after check out time). Room wasn't the cleanest - there was some wax on TV and night table lamp on 1 side wasn't working.

Bed need to change I have very bad sleep bed it’s break in a middle very noisy can’t move .

The reception man friendly but was unable to sort problems.

Very disappointed The check in time is only 5-7pm and the pool closes at 7pm you have to be out of your room by 10am the next morning which is when the pool opens so you don't have time to use the pool. The coffee machine broke in the morning at breakfast. Nowhere to get a hot drink when you arrive We couldn't get any extra pillows or blankets as the reception staff didn't have a key to the linen room. The rooms do not look like the photos on the website.at all Very small and plain our net curtain even had a stain on. Also didn't expect to have people resident there. No shop or cafe nearby gad to drive 15mins away to the local village.

Advertisement. 4. 5 miles from mount St Micheal. 32 minutes drive to carpark P12. Disappointed with the location. You could here cars driving past all night . Should be advertise as a motel. As front door leads into bedroom Disappointed.

Staff were helpful

It was very noisy and pool closed at 7pm

The rooms were satisfactory. The lady at the reception was quite nice. The sauna was unfortunately under maintenance when we arrived but the pool was incredibly pleasant and quite large.

Sadly, they did not have vegan milk even though I specifically asked for it in the special requests section while booking.
