    Pros +

    • Great location. Made to feel welcome by the receptionist. Free parking nearby.
    • Perfect small hotel in lovely seaside town.Really comfortable beds and crisp white sheets. They very kindly accommodated our bikes. It would be a good idea to check this on booking as there wasn't lots of room.We enjoyed breakfast.Balcony was great.
    • Very friendly staff, which goes a very long way. Hotel was basic but clean and charming. Small lift to higher floors which is worth noting to anyone traveling with sizeable luggage. Though basic, the Hotel lived up to everything you would expect from a well kept property.

    Cons -

    • A little loud at nightRoom was a little stuffy— there was no a/c or fan.
    • only the early closing on Sunday & no Monday breakfast.
    • Noisy lift and doors

We loved the room on the top floor, we had a wonderful balcony with table and chairs overlooking the square and to our right the sea. The host was charming and helpful. We didnt take breakfast. The hotel is very well placed and the town had a lovely weekly market.

Location is outstanding-a short walk to the waterfront which had a fun atmosphere and beautiful views of the water.Room was pretty, with cute balcony. Front desk staff was very nice and patient.

A little loud at nightRoom was a little stuffy— there was no a/c or fan.

    Noisy lift and doors

Very frustrating! The hotel by no means deserves 3 stars rating.

1.The hotel was locked with nobody at the reception when we arrived (7:15pm). Email with the instructions how to enter the hotel was sent in late afternoon when we were cycling and did not have phone reception, instead of being sent during the booking,2. When we tried to call by all 3 phone numbers available, there was either no response, or invalid phone number,3. When we sent email asking how to enter the hotel, the was no response neither,4. Hotel internet allows only 2 devices to connect to wifi - absolutely unusual and stupid! We with my wife have one laptop and one phone per person, so needed 4 devices to connect. That stupid hotel rule ruined our evening working plans.

Surprisingly large room decorated in a good style, spacey and comfortable. Balcony on the street side with table and chairs. The host gave us very precise instructions on how to get the key, park the car, etc. that were 100% accurate.

Clean comfortable modern hotel close to the sea, ideal for a one night stop. Very helpful staff

Room was a little camped but perfectly adequate. Note there is no parking on site but two car parks near by,

Very smart hotel. Beautiful bathroom and a large balcony looking over gardens opposite and a (distant) view to sea

    10BroganPosted on: 7-28-2023

Location was best in Val Andre, right in central of eating, shops and beach. Staff were welcoming and friendly, real value for money.

Not a lot, happy with everything

    9SallyPosted on: 4-9-2023

Very friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic location with free parking a short walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Tea, coffee and water were not replenished for second night.

    10JillPosted on: 10-24-2022

It was our second time staying at this property. The location is great in the center of town, walk to restaurants, beach, and GR trails. We like the balcony rooms best.

The location can get loud late night and early when trucks move through town.

    9IanPosted on: 10-21-2022

smack in the middle of lively Pleneuf-sans-Andre, cosy, comfortable, very helpful welcoming staff, great breakfast , wish we could have stayed longer !

    8JohnPosted on: 7-25-2022

Close to beaches, golf, restaurants and cafe’s.

Parking. Not told to not park in free parking lot overnight before market day. Our car was towed away and took 6 hours to sort out and a fine to pay.

Quite noisy in the night with neighbours and lift
