- The hotel's location is fantastic—perfectly situated and convenient for getting around. The staff were also a highlight of our stay—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They quickly brought us extra pillows and provided a cot for our daughter.

- However, the room itself was a major letdown. It was an interior room with no window to the outside, so there was no natural light at all. This, combined with poor air circulation, made the space feel very stuffy and closed-in.
- I didn't expect it to be a self-check in hotel. I got there at midnight and it took me a while to figure out how to check in and what to do. The bathroom's floor was dirty and there was hair in the sink - gross!

The location was great.
