Room very good - bed very comfortable - shower good but a little difficult space wise to get into. Breakfast good would have liked to be able to choose a cooked breakfast. Long walk outside to the room and not good in the rain. Lift near the room for one floor after the long walk - fine if you are not disabled.

Most things very acceptable - evening main meal fish 'julienne' a little lumpy and tough. Rest of the 3 course meal very enjoyable.

Comfortable room, safe parking for bikes, swimming pool, clean bright room with balcony. Very close to Velodysee bike path.

A short walk to centre of St Jean and a slightly longer walk to beach and restaurant strip. Perfectly manageable for us though.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed.

The breakfast room seemed a little disorganised as the plates, cutlery, dishes, etc were immediately in front of you on entering the room but as that stage you did not know what was offered and therefore what was needed. Thought the 100 metres to the beach was somewhat optimistic.

Superb choice when we travel to St Jean de Monts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location between the village centre and the beach. Comfortable room and nice restaurant serving quality delicious food. Can recommend this hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

We have visited Hotel Robinson many times over the last 25 or more years and always found the staff and proprietors so welcoming. The fact that the hotel has been in the same family for many many years provides such a great atmosphere The food is superb and it is great value for money. I am surprised it’s not 4 star rating

Came back room was a little hot, opened the patio door to allow cool air in, closed the door. Didn’t realise you needed to totally shut the patio doors before the air conditioning works ! (Maybe a little note on the information pack ?)

The host and staff were very friendly.

It would be great if they had a fan in the second bedroom, as it was melting hot!

Lovely pool l, Very good buffet breakfast. Central location. Air con in room. Security shutters so we could have the door open at night.

The room we were given was not the room on our booking details which was a lot bigger. Our room was quite small, the advertised ‘balcony’ was a rail outside the door onto a flat roof! TV is not satellite as it can only get a few French channels. A fridge would be good when the hotel is so warm throughout.

There were coffee and tea making facilities in the room but no milk and when we asked for some we were charged for it

The staff at the bar very unfriendly. The service in the restaurant very rude and slow.

Excellent hôtel. Two things to get even better. In the shower better shower head and soap in the shower, and a better flooring fir the bakcony

Hotel was adequate. Balcony was nice but the room was small. Pool OK but water in the jacuzzi could have been warmer.

Stairs - no lift. Hotel looks like it needs a refurb.

Comfortable big room, with a bath tub. Nice breakfast.

The curtains did not close all the way and a bright light on the outside of the building made it impossible to make the room fully dark at night.
