To make the most of this experience, don't forget to bring your swimming costume (shorts are not allowed), swimming cap and flip-flops. Our restaurant, Le Bois Cendré, serves delicate, gourmet cuisine inspired by international cuisine and prepared using fresh, local ingredients. Special dietary requirements are also catered for on request. At breakfast, you can choose between a buffet in the restaurant or an express menu in the lounge-bar. Aqua and land sports courses are available on request, at an additional cost. The hotel's ideal location makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, with water sports, beach walks, golf and sightseeing nearby. - The hotel nicer than I’d expected and had a lovely lobby with bar and restaurant. Sadly I didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but they looked fantastic. The bar and restaurant were good, but the food was average.

- I was traveling by bike so booked an accessible ground floor room. It was fine, a little bit tired, but the bathroom was a bit unclean.
- Studio apartment decor a bit tired on the inside compared to rest of hotel.Also, not a complaint, but i recommend checking the website details re indoor pool use - I didn't, and you will need flip flops, a swimming cap (for men, speeds, not shorts) and probably a towelling robe. The studio apartments do not include loan of these, so you will need to buy them (which is a bit pricey if only for a single visit). The outdoor pool has no changing area.

The spa was not something we were lucky to experience. It should be some info for people from the other countries on check in to what kind of swimwear is allowed in their pool. It was a very disappointing moment for my 3yo all ready to get into the pool and being not allowed due to the type of swimwear we had..

studio apartment wasn’t great. coat hangers were broken, Hoover pipe was broken. no soap. dirty kitchen sponges. not enough plug sockets. no air conditioning.
Check in and out was easy and the staff were very friendly
WIFI was very poor and kept dropping out.
Bike storage was secure, room.was big
Shower hose had to be held to use it as was plastic and threw water sideways. A couple of teabags would have been a nice touch. Outside pool was closed but advertised as open. To use inside area there are extra charges. I think for the price paid sheets should be taken off the bed by staff not me

I was discriminated against because of my tattoos, was told that I had to pay €200 incase I “damaged” the room? the people booking in after were not asked to pay? the bathroom smelt of sewage. The fridge was very noisy and there was a constant whistling from a vent. We had to make our own beds and the skirting boards were very dusty.
The pool is an extra €8 per person. Bring thongs(claquettes).The restaurant is very good!
Bike parking is not very secure.Make the beds for the guests, it’s a hotel!

Access to the Marine Spa is included in the reservation. To use the facilities, a swim cap and pool sandals are mandatory. Swim shorts are not allowed. The spa is open: *Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. *Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. *Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Children under 16 years old are allowed access from 10:00 a.m. in the morning and 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon (2:00 p.m. on Sundays). They must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
