Hotel Wittenberg-Hotel Garni

Great staff, super friendly, great breakfast buffet and a lockable bike cellar

entry is a little bit hidden in a more commercial area

Very down to earth ,very clean, super helpful staff and easy location. Everything is a bit dated however it has a charm all to itself. The breakfast was just what I needed . Loved my two night stay.

All is good however a larger mirror would be nice - maybe just the room I had needed a larger mirror. All else was just fine.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were kind and helpful.

We could have liked a fan. The rooms get stuffy.

The location is fantastic to explore Wittenberg, and the room was very clean and spacious.

The breakfast is a continental breakfast with a decent assortment, but it would have been nice to have more fresh/hot foods (e.g. pancakes, sausages).

Location is FANTASTIC, 5 mins walk to minor train station with connection to main station via train or bus. 3 mins walk to major tourist attraction - Schlossekirche - and on into old town.Extremely friendly & helpful staff :-)Extremely clean hotel! Modern facilities.Great buffet breakfast with ample choice of cold items. Would stay again ?

A wardrobe & draws would be helpful! We had to live out of our suitcases, with only 3 coat hangars provided and no draws to put items away, not very convenient. Plenty of space in room for such furniture and would vastly improve the room.

Good location, with walking distance access to town centre. Comfortable beds. Very simply furnished. Typical but good buffet breakfast. Lock up for bikes. Pleasant hostess.

High price. Internet kept dropping. Entry card process required a bit of practice.

Good no nonsense hotel well placed for the city at a good price. Staff very helpful and friendlyAlso had a bike garage.

All good

The staff was friendly. I made a mess of the floor with mud, as it was raining, but she came and even cleaned the floor when I just asked for a broom

The internet would cut off typically every 1-3 hours and you would have to completely re-login. It would do this while I was even in the middle of phone calls! They should only make you sign in like once every 24hrs. The other annoying thing was that you had to hold down the knob to make the shower run for more than 30s. This did not make showering a fun task!

Nice service and quite good brakfast.

Towels should be thoroughly washed as they give off a musty smell.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable and a very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was typical for European breakfasts. The location was perfect and the old town was easily accessible. It was only a few minutes walk to the area.

No complaints.

The room was perfect for our one night stay and such a great price. The hotel owner was such a joy! She was very gracious with us checking in so late and even let us park at the hotel after we checked out so we could explore without having to find alternate parking. Breakfast was included which was a surprise to me and it was delicious and very filling! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice and gentle hospitality by a manager. Very close to Luther church.

The place is more suitable for teenagers than a hotel.
