- The decor, maintenance and location of the hotel are excellent--beautiful grounds and the two pools and 23 North are excellent. Landscaping around 23North could be improved vastly if the area was planted.
- Great resort!!!! Love it we will be back!!!
- Very clean and private with professional staff. Everyone was very attentive to my needs. Very personal, everyone called you by name.
Cons -
- Food at Palapa was mediocre; 23 North was better but not up to the standard of the hotel or the price for the 2 bedroom suite.
- No, it was fabulous !
