Clean Spacious room. All basic facilities were met

Internet was too slow. Had to use my phone hotspot

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (far better than in the four star hotels we stayed in recently).

Smoking is no longer permitted on the balcony; even on the top floor!

Best shower on our trip. Very comfortable room, easy to find and to park, very generous breakfast. Our stay was just for resting the night and get started in the morning before next leg on our trip. Hotel fit perfect for that purpose.

A fairly long walk into the city centre and the hotel was much larger than we expected. Hundreds of guests, crowded in the morning, the bar and relax area was closed in the evening.

The hotel has a very good location, is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 20 min away from the town centre. We were also given bus tickets to use a bus service if needed. I’m definitely happy to recommend the hotel and would go back in the future.

Great location, walking distance to old town. Spa facilities are great, very clean. Lovely breakfast, lots of options.

Not very comfortable pillows. Restaurant only has set menu in the evening.

Well maintained property. Good restaurants nearby. Outside food delivery was permitted.

Room is quite compact.The dinner options were not that great so we decided to order from outside. Spa closed little early ( we are night owls so probably wont be problem for others)

Very friendly, competent and helpful staff. Very good and clean facilities, like pool, gym etc. The breakfast buffet offered a great/wide selection. Our dog felt very welcome.

The room was a bit small.

The location is nice. Enough parkingspace and on walking distance (15 min) from the citycentre. They are very dog-friendly with welcoming treats (a dog cost €15 extra per night)

It’s a very outdated and simple. The rooms are a bit small. And in the bar (the restaurant we didn’t try) you hear the generator and gives you the feeling you are on a ship.

Everything was great, as always.Clean, neat and tidy.Breakfast was excellent. Been there several times, will be my first choice in Goslar

The family room is big enough for the 4 of us and our dog. Breakfast was good, the staffs are very nice.

The sofa-bed wasn't super comfortable.

We stayed here so that we could visit the town of Goslar and the Christmas Market. It was a short walk into the old town. The rooms had comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast was included with our stay.

The rooms were a little smaller than what we normally choose but the beds were comfortable and the rooms contained all the essentials. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like and I would definitely stay in that hotel again if we were to travel to the area again.
