A very relaxing hotel. Very good sauna and pool.The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. close to the railway station. Nice bar and decor.

The SPA was excellent - 3 different saunas with a plunge pool - enabled me to relax at the end of some very intensive working days

The shower has a curtain which I dislike in general and it was very small

Breakfast, location, mainly.

No minibar service at room. No restaurant for dinner. Necessity of going out for dinner.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, with ample parking space in front of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. We requested for baby cots, that were pre-arranged for us.Staff was helpful and accomodated us for a early check-in.The hotel is big, and sometimes difficult to find your way out/in.Indoor (heated) swimming pool was a big big advantage to this property.

Parking in front of the hotel did not seem to be very safe at night. Prefer to park inside (for a charge).If you are travelling with stroller, the access is not very convenient.Electric car charging station at the hotel did not work.

The hotel is very close to the train tracks So be ready to feel the vibrations of the train

Great place, close to the old city to take a walk. Nice sauna and very good breakfast, besides the good bed and room, all I need from a hotel

Beds were comfortable. Very central. WiFi working well.

Rooms were very run down. We were travelling with pets (cats) and I understand that you don’t get the nicest room when bringing an animal but still.. the carpet was dirty multiple pieces of furniture broken and the room overall smelled like dog urine. Our room(s) were also facing towards the train tracks which were quite noisy. For the wellness area, the pool and choice of three different saunas is nice enough but also lacking to be up to par: the HOT tub jacuzzi was not hot at all, barely even warm. One evening the eucalyptus sauna had clearly run out of eucalyptus. Also, parking is not free, except on Sundays, and is an additional €15 per day. The pets were also an additional €20 per animal per day. Overall, I just expected more for the price I payed.

Nobody checked if all the lamps where functioning we discovered it in the night but were already in pijama and too tired to go down to reception.

Close to everything

My room had the dumbest shower I have ever seen. Open shower with no doors with the toilet so close to shower it gets soaked. Along with the floor. Invest in a shower door, at least half of one!

Location and that they where very friendly to your dogs. Its was perfect for a great weekend in Goslar.

No AC and it needed an update style wise.

The location was excellent, an easy walk into the town centre. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom water pressure was good.

Some small maintenance issues, ie the window handle was loose and needed fixing and the bathroom basin would not drain unless you took the whole plug thing out.

A historic hotel built into the wall of the town. Spacious room, big windows that open, lovely terrace for coffee. Right by the Station. Has amazing function rooms. Breakfast a reasonable price by today's standards, but cafes and bakery within walking distance. Lift. Historic Norman church opposite. Station shops open at weekends. Cheapest price I've paid in a while, but no shortchanging!

There was paid parking for 1 hour right outside, but with steps to reception. Once they give you the somewhat intricate directions for the multi-storey parking, you can access hotel without steps. Luggage trolley provided.

Location are good, direct in centrum.

Check in took 45 min, old system with paper cards. We where waiting 30 min to come into the breakfast room, and when we came in there where no breakfast, all was empty. Tried to get the 30 € back from breakfast when we check out, but without lock.

The sauna and swimming pool facilities and the location were nice. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is a bit outdated, you see wear and tear. Ventilation in our room was poor. Staff is rather rigid and you have to expect waiting lines as checking in and out is very tight scheduled.

Nice hotel in a lovely location. Great breakfast!

The pool was freezing!

Everything was fine, breakfast outstanding, personal on reception very kind, wellness was fine but sauna was great. Parking available in the parking house.

There are railways just behind the hotel, so once per time you can hear the train.

The room was very big with comfortable beds. We had a large bathtub. The breakfast was decent, with a good range of fresh fruits, breads, cheese, etc. I travelled with a group of 8 friends and we had 3 rooms. The staff was accomodating and ensured we had a good stay. Swimming pool was awesome, there were times when it was just our group. Also since we went on a weekend, we did not have to pay for on-street parking. Everything is nearby - train station, restaurants, we also got coupons form the hotel for bus rides locally.

Parking in the area is a bit difficult especially on weekdays as most of it is paid parking. The property has allotted parking space which is expensive. The staff did not know much about on street parking, so we had to figure it our by ourself. The sauna did not work when we went there, so couldnt say much
