Central Hotel & Lounge Adult Only

It is very clean and cosy, good location and breakfast.

There are few Park places near hotel, i had to pay for it and as the places were taken also had to drive to park on a parking.

Close to train station.

No one at reception when we arrived. We were 45 minutes prior to stated arrival time to check in. Gentleman at desk not very friendly. Would not let us check in- no where to store bags but in lobby area.

The staff was great - the cleaning people seemed kind and the hotel/breakfast manager was super kind. The bathroom was great - clearly renovated and big. The breakfast was good - selection was the regular ham, cheese, bread, meatballs. The location was great - central to Goslar and not too far from the train station.

The room had this dim hospital-like LED strip in the ceiling which served as the main room light. That made the room feel quite jarring when we arrived at night since the light was incredibly white yet not quite bright enough to properly illuminate the room. A regular warm light bulb might work better to set a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The bedsheets were also fairly messily set when we arrived (clean just messy). There was a balcony in our room but it was connected with other balconies so we didn't feel too secure keeping the curtains open (someone could've feasibly walked up to our window from another balcony). Unfortunately, I ended up feeling like I could've spend a bit more money and gotten a different hotel.

Nice clean and comfortable place in town. Breakfast was okay. Coffee machine in the room was nice. Goslar is lovely, and we would return to the same property if visiting in the future.

Parking spaces were unavailable at the hotel, so we had to park a little further away.

Good location to train station & town center

The items listed on the Booking.com webpage, such as slippers, an electric kettle, and wine for guests, are not available. When I checked with the hotel reception, they simply stated that these items are not provided.Value for money is low.

Very clean and modern room. Right in the centre of town. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We arrived at 5:30pm and had not notified that we needed gluten-free options for breakfast. The staff went out of his way to find us some, so the next morning we had GF rolls to have with the opulent buffet, included in the room price. Definitely worth the money.

The location is very good and the staff were nice ?

They took 35€ to change the room to double and I was expecting a premium upgrade. It would have been cheaper if I took it via booking.com

Location, new, very clean exelent staff

The location was very good, right in the city center and very close to the train station. Everything was clean and simple, but modern and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, this might have been due to the in house restaurant being closed!

The location of the hotel in the old town and close to many interestings sites.The staf (Sulaiman) was very helpful.

Ideal location right next to the old town and areas of interest. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were extremely spacious and in pristine state. Beds came with multiple pillows and there was even a Nespresso pod coffee machine with free pods provided. The breakfast in particular was absolutely top notch, with multiple offerings - the egg dishes (scrambled eggs, omlette etc) included in the breakfast were freshly made to order rather than left under a hot lamp, the croissants were top quality like you would find in France. You can either reserve on site parking in advance, to be paid on arrival, or if spaces are not available you can pay for a card which allows you to park in a nearby multistorey car park. While we didn't reserve parking on site, the staff were more than happy for us to park in the staff car park to unload our bags and then move our car to the multistorey.

- Maybe the music at the breakfast location and restaurant was too loud. Lot's of Eros Ramazotti and 90's stuff.
