    Pros +

    • The location is good, and I liked the surroundings and accessibility
    • Service is excellent ? it's a hotel with senior citizen as a target group but the staffs and the facilities are kids friendly. our kids love our stay, the bigger one likes the billiards and football table, the small one loves the playroom. Guess have fix table at the restaurant, so it's avoiding waiting time or chaos during breakfast or dinner. Very organized! Food are fine and we love the full meal!! the fact that I don't have to cook during holiday is a plus. ? The bar is nice to close the day.
    • Nettes Personal, grosse Zimmer, Schwimmbad, All inclusive Buffet,Bar.

    Cons -

    • Location is good, but the stay was just okay — not as expected. There was no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and no entertainment as the remote wasn't working. Also, the response from the front desk was not good
    • It's hard to find what we don't like. We know it's an old building, so we are prepared with these classics furniture, carpet or key etc. we don't have problem with it.Window and door are old, we can hear wind through, but its soothing sound.A socket near bed would be nice though..
    • Sad, run down, rules and forbidden activities over the top. Food was awful. All inclusive is a misnomer. East German hospitality reigns.

    Location is good

An old and outdated hotel. Pool area does not live up to the pictures and overall paintwork, carpets etc. needs modernization. No AC and generally bad ventilation in rooms. Not possible to charge electric vehicles.

Staff were wellcome and friendly, parking has a lot of space , hotel is well positioned , the end!

Well , I understand saving money , But when it comes to swim in cold water , I don’t understand , but hey , thank you hotel management , breakfast was decent , coffee horrible , better drink it somewhere else , room had a weird smell , and definitely very outdated ,thank you for a decent stay

This is a nice and quiet place to spend a weekend. The views from the balcony are very nice. Very nice family atmosphere. The provided food is typical and in abundance.

The whole hotel is a bit outdated, and the value for money is not the best. There is only one sauna place and you have to pay extra to use it.

    8AnnPosted on: 1-23-2024

Bed was really comfortable, room very bright and airy, evening meal and breakfast was very tasty, lots of choices, help yourself buffet style.

    Sauna place to be open

    The food was very nice.

The swimming pool was too cold for the winter. Not talking about swimming with my child there.

    7DenisPosted on: 11-4-2023

    Food was tasty

Water temperature in the pool, to cold . But this issue is in many hotels because is very expensive to heat the water.

    9DmitriiPosted on: 8-6-2023

Simple but nice, clean, good hearty food. Very relaxed attitude to all inclusive, no one is tracking you too much.

    Internet was shaky

    The food was good.

Old building with old styled furnitures from the 80's. Travel back in time.Mostly retired people chose this hotel but they really enjoyed each others company. We travelled with two teenagers it was a bit weird for them.

The location and value for money

The food, the other guests and the dogs

    8AnnPosted on: 3-27-2023

Breakfast and evening buffet was delicious ? a good variety, plus it was great value for the money,a nice disco bar to go drinking and dancing in too.

That the sauna could've been open to relax in

the all inclisive option is great!!food was awesome, probably the best buffet dinner we had in hotel staysgreat location, room was extremely comfortable

    7MarlenPosted on: 12-18-2022

We enjoyed our short stay here. Food was okay, not great. We even went for a dip in the pool (temperature was announced as "almost 20 degrees). The best thing about the hotel is the location. Just in the middle of the snowy landscape!

Food could have been better. We really missed the scrambled eggs for breakfast. People were a bit annoying at the buffet (quite a lot of seniors that seem to forget about manners in front of food). The beds were really soft and there basically was NO wLan in our apartment. We also didn't enjoy the many dogs that are allowed to stay there.

Food is delicious and the staff was smiling.

First nobody told us swimming pool is working from 7am-9am after that 16:00 - 19:00 but that’s okay, the temperature of the water need to be maximum 22 when we try to go in the temperature is around 17 degrees… its horrible. Our room and the deck is start demolition… and is a lot of dust and more things.. The bathroom was clogged. Our room smelt so badly and the blankets smell like a something bad.. First night we late for dinner and arrive at the restaurant around 7:30 (dinner finish at 8pm), and one of the servers start yelling to us because we have time to 8 no more!!

    5RobinPosted on: 8-8-2022

The room was ok and it was silent during the night. Many things to chose from during breakfast but the food quality isn't the best.

The overal impression of the hotel is not nice. It feels cheap and a bit like an elderly home. They abuse the word all-inclusive because you can only serve yourself with coffee (from a percolator), beer, some fastfoodstyle sofdrinks and undrinkable wine. The diner is a joke because there is no choice at all and the food is average. I would honestly say, keep looking for another hotel. We booked it for a night while on a motorbike tour and because we had a big discount which now even wouldn't make me book again

Super place! All what we need there, fine room high up with balcony. Fine to walk and free bus to the neatest city. All incluse was super, much good to eat and drink. Valuta for the money?
