AKZENT Hotel Villa Saxer

friendly staff and very comfortable room. The beds were great and the shower was amazing. The breakfast had everything you would want in the morning and more! we had a wonderful stay

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They were happy to give us mugs of hot water to take up to our rooms for tea in the evening! Nice location, walkable to town, covered parking on site. Great breakfast!

Location, room and breakfast all amazing.

No coffee in the room.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Parking at the hotel was well organised with an allocated parking space so you always knew you would find a space. The gentleman who worked reception and the bar made outstanding cocktails which were very reasonably priced.

Great location. Helpful and attentive staff

Modern, very clean. Rooms were very good. Access is easy

Excellent location! The property is brand new and offers a great breakfast.

As Americans were accustomed to year round climate control in hotels. Our room was a little stuffy at first but there is the option of opening a door or window, which over time vents the room out nicely during the fall and spring seasons.

The room given to us was a great size. The breakfast area was large and had a good variety of foods. All of the staff were lovely!! They are very organized with check-in and parking assignments. There is a lovely seating area outside and inside the lobby. It was a terrific stay!

The entrance from the street is a tight corner for turning (mild imposition).

Nice Rooms, location

The towels in the bathroom. Very thin - they don’t feel good.

Staff, location, and rooms are very good.

Very well run hotel, everything is well designed, clean and in good state. Personnel are warm and friendly. One of the few hotels that have enough EV charging stations, and offer the option to reserve such parking. Very nice breakfast, good choice of food and well presented.

Car parking lots are quite narrow. Immediate neighborhood of the hotel is not that great, but the historic center of Goslar is just a short walk away.

Very nice hotel located close to the city centre. The room was nicely laid out and even though the train was running close to the hotel, there was nothing to hear.Breakfast was great and a very friendly and helpful staff in the reception

Nothing to complain about

Everything! very friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast with a great variety of products!

The room had a comfortable bed. All the furniture was new and comfortable. The towels were white and clean. There was a free bottle of water for the first day. The view from the balcony was beautiful

The breakfast was delicious and varied. Everything was fresh and the staff refreshed the food all the time

Very clean rooms and the hotel in general was modern and very clean. Comfortable beds and the bathroom had lots of space. The breakfast was worldclass and the service level was very high. The location of the hotel is perfect. Perfect garage for our car and you can charge the electric car as well, even the garage is very clean.Just at perfect hotel and staff :)

Would have been grate if the hotel served diner :)or just sandwiches for late snacks.

The hotel was in a really good location for exploring Goslar. The room clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. The lady who checked us in was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
