B&B HOTEL Angers Parc Expos

cheap clean & convenient

It was quite straightforward, the hotel is new, the air conditioning was low enough. It was good value for money and easy to access

The a/c automatically switched off during the night, during a heatwave, so we we woke up early morning, too hot, not the most restful night. The shower cubicle is very small, and I burned myself by elbowing the shower temperature control while moving about. There was virtually no gluten free option for breakfast, and there is nothing around.

Overall very well priced. Included huge breakfast, great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pin code entry is so much better than managing a key.

Location ideal. Very Clean. Facilities good. Staff lovely. Would stay again.

Very clean, helpful and polite staff, comfortable bed.

The staff were great - sorted us a couple of cups of coffee when the vending machine wouldn't accept my credit card! The room was much pleasanter than the similar room we stayed in the Ibis budget chain.

The fire alarm going off when we were in bed as another guest decided to smoke in their room!

Clean, convenient, confortable, very nice and helpful staff

Quiet considering location

Shower was incredibly small. I am quite thin and could only just fit in. Any movement and I knocked the water setting!

Very clean, comfy beds and convenient location for an overnight stop

Pillows are a bit hard! And bathroom is quite small

Convenient check-in platform, allows for flexibility for check-in hours. Quick and easy check-out procedure too. Free parking available. Quiet and clean hotel. Some restaurants and amenities located nearby. Thankful for the pet friendly policy.

Communication challenges with staff due to language barrier, took some time to sort check-in due to booking pre-payment. While car park is free for guests, it seems like it might be limited.

a free car park, location close to the highway

No heater in the bedroom. Very cold night

Quite clean and comfortable given the price

Staff could have been a little bit more friendly. It was not bad, but not as welcoming and smiling as other employees working in Angers (restaurants, shops, medical institutions, etc)

A good and strong coffee at breakfast. Possiblity of an access after hours by self check-in. Large and free parking close to the main entrance.

The clerk on duty was unfriendly, not helpful and even indifferent. The room was barely large enough for a small child but not for two adults. It was a noticable sewage odor constantly present in a tiny bathroom. Connection to Wi-Fi was overly complicated and required registration with full name, e-mail address, telephone number. After providing all the necessary information a code was supposed to be sent via SMS but it never arrived. The whole registration was repeated twice with the same result - no code was sent as promossed. It was a bad choice to stay in that hotel and I will be avoiding all the B+B Hotels in the future.

Clean,tidy staff very helpful.

Nice staff, easy access, free car park. Good room size.

We had a triple room and the single bed was too small for one person.Bathroom was a little bit tight too.

Quiet hotel on the outskirts. Nothing impressive, but good enough to sleep.

Breakfast is rather limited.

Very clean and cozy. Helpful personal.
