    • Yannick and his team were amazing - our car had broken down and we arrived in a state and by taxi. From the first moment they took us under their wings, looked after us, helped us communicate with the breakdown/repair garages, re-organised their diary so that we could stay for 5 nights rather than the original 1 night - one of the 4 extra nights Yannick found us a room close by as the hotel was full but we were still able to use the hotel facilities. They were simply amazing and we are very grateful. The breakfasts were brilliant - so much choice and the best almond croissants ever! The pool area was lovely, gardens beautiful and our room for the last 2 nights had a spa bath and our own private terrace which we took advantage of one night with a lovely cheese and charcuterie board prepared by the lovely Flavis. Although the hotel does not do dinner it does these boards, ice creams and snacks and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!
    • We loved this hotel because of the beautiful and well kept grounds, the comfortable beds, and charming country vibe. The pool and hot tub were pristinely clean and breakfast was delicious with a good selection of fresh food. Plenty of parking across from the entrance.
    • An outstanding experience. Great location in Jumièges. the staff was friendly and super helpful. provided us with all relevant infomration. rooms were spacious, clean and way above our expectations. great porch to sit outside. perfect location to tour the area. we got good recommendations for restaurants. the photos of the owners dont necessarily reflect how beautiful the place is. SPA facilities were perfect!

    Cons -

Superb hotel in a lovely quiet and relaxing setting. Rooms are large and finished to a very high standard. Car parking is just outside the hotel with a short walk down a gravel path to reception and then you get a personal guide to the room. The king size was very comfortable. The en-suite is well equipped with a large shower and jacuzzi type bath.Breakfast has a traditional continental selection and is topped off with freshly made croissants and coffee.Ideal location if you are cycle touring along the Seine river valley.Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Lovely grounds, with plenty of informal outdoor seating. Clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Very helpful Manager/owner; plentiful & excellent breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location! Our family room was exactly what we wanted, and had a table outside for us to sit and enjoy sundowners and an incredible view. Great shower, comfortable beds, spa bath (the kids must've had 4 baths in 2 days), AC for the warm nights. The location was also so much better than we were expecting. You can walk to the Abbey in minutes and are surrounded by characteristic and charming restaurants with lots of delicious and good value menu de jours

Attractive hotel, good swimming pool and nice little spa, beautiful surroundings, friendly and pleasant staff.

    9DorcasPosted on: 7-28-2024

Pool & breakfast area, gardens, local town & restaurant/bars, The Abbey, snacks and drinks provided during day.

There is public access to the parking, but it was a very quiet low risk area. Roadworks made access in and out of the village tricky. It isn't really en-route, but well worth the detour.

    10KatePosted on: 6-9-2024

The location and its unique design. Rooms are situated in beautiful separate small buildings in the grounds

    Nothing. Everything was perfect

    7ClivePosted on: 5-7-2024

Location / external space / good sitting room facilties

Swimming pool was closed - lack of communal areas - bar etc - more of a apparthotel

    7StephenPosted on: 9-11-2023

The hotel site is very peaceful and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The pool, one of the reasons we chose the hotel, was unexpectedly closed. We enjoyed visiting the Abbey in the village, though.

we were looking for somewhere relaxing to stopover on our way back to the channel tunnel and this was about half way. First time I`ve visited this part of Normandy and I feel I`ve been missing out. Lovely area and this pretty boutique hotel was the relaxing stay I`d hoped it would be, I only wish we had stayed a few days more. Really pretty location in the countryside but on the edge of a village

it`s easy to miss the turning as you need to go down the one way street in front of the Mairie. Hotel is signed from the river ferry and again once you`ve passed the Mairie. Regret only staying the one night, I`d recommend at least two

Very good breakfast.Whole hotel in a lovely settingNice jacuzzi in our bathroom

Loo tucked away behind 2 doors making access quite difficult

    10DianePosted on: 8-21-2023

The room was comfortable and had plenty of room. It was very clean and it was nice to have a jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately, I forgot my raincoat but the hotel staff sent it on to me in the UK without fuss or bother. The reception team were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and help with luggage. It was nice to have the bar area for drinks in the evening.

The internet connection wasn't great in the room.

    9LindaPosted on: 8-14-2023

The setting and staff were lovely, the room was comfortable and quiet.

There wasn’t much not to like, if I was being pedantic I would say the colour of the water in the pool was a bit off putting!

    9GaryPosted on: 8-8-2023

Lovely location. Nice views and very traditional. Heated pool and spa. Room spacious.

    Expensive breakfast.

    8AntonyPosted on: 8-7-2023

Attractive buildings in a nice village location. Good sized bedroom. Good breakfast at reasonable price.

En suite bathroom a little tired.
