The staff was extremely helpful, they exceeded our expectations in every way. I would especially like to thank Wojciech at the front desk. The property felt homely, calm. The restaurant was awesome. We got an evening meal on arrival. It arrived incredibly quickly and was hot and delicious. The breakfast was also very good. Lots to choose from.Also a great location for checking out the winery, palmery or observatory.

I've paid less for fancier places and the rooms are small but these are small concerns.

I appreciate the hotel's location and the staff's positive attitude during breakfast and dinner. The hotel offers adequate accommodation, quality food, and a functional restaurant and bar.

When one of the hotel guests activates the fire sensor at 2:30 a.m. (smoking in the room), setting off the evacuation alarm, it is understandably frightening. After some 5-10 minutes, the alarm stops, yet no one from reception arrives to inform the guests that it was a false alarm. My young son and I were ready for evacuation, but I understand that such incidents can occur... I was at the front desk, and I was upset that they didn't address the person who set off the alarm.However, when you finally fall asleep again and are awakened at 3:30 a.m. by strange noises coming from beneath the balcony, only to discover that a hotel worker is breaking down cardboard boxes and continues doing so for a prolonged period, it is highly disruptive. Such activities are expected to be conducted from 6:00 a.m. onwards, allowing guests who have paid for their stay to sleep undisturbed. I certainly did not appreciate the disturbance and could not sleep at all.

Staff was friendly, hotel's restaurant flexible with dietary preferences. Place was quiet and clean. Location is great, close to city centre and old town.

Not too much to complain about. It was a short and pleasant stay.

The reception staff were excellent, efficient and over all excellent, specially a young lady at reception, her name is Angelica , very helpful and accommodating, with excellent communication skills

Rooms on ground floor, are in front of parking which is quite noisy in the morning. So should ask for higher floor. 2 beds very narrow (90 cm or 100 cm) So not comfortable sleep, im not overweight normal and unable to get comfortable position

Location, room, restaurant, staff… all facilities were good.

Most things. Room facilities were good, breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and the young lady on reception was super helpful and informative about the area.

Paying for rather pricey parking.
