Ruben Hotel Zielona Góra

Everything from check-in to check-out was Superb! The staff was very accommodating. The room was very well put together. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast spread was amazing and so good.

No covered parking.

The restaurant is good and the hotel is quiet

When I checked in at 9pm and checked out at 9am, the front desk staff looked like they didn't want to bother with me.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, kind personnel

Everything about this property is very good except the room air/ventilation.

The air conditioning was not good…the fan ventilation helped pull in cool night air, but you cannot open the windows very far (anti-suicide windows, obviously) …anyway, I found myself waking up at night all sweaty. Such a pity. Everything else was great.

Friendly reception staff

Lack of usable meeting area around the lobby area, restaurant not open, bland food

Very nice hotel in general

Not really a place to casually sit for an informal meeting, restaurant and bar was closed so a short walk to a remote from the main building restaurant, snow in hotel car park was not cleared

Breakfast & staff very friendly & helpful

I booked a room for 2 (even though I was alone) and there were 2 small towels in the bathroom. I think a hotel of this class & reputation can afford newer towels and maybe 2 sets

Very large and comfy room! I had a great night sleep every night. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of delicious options. The staff in the spa area were very friendly.

I like the front desk staff , breakfast and gym.

1. It is clear that i book a room for two although i came alone. But they only give me one towel and one blanket. One of my last days there, they even didnt give me a towel, but instead it was a floor towel ..

Very nice hotel near the centre.Good parking garageVery good breakfast

There are older and modernised rooms. The old rooms are too old; make sure you book a modern room

Location is good for access to the town and transport routes. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The room was spacious, comfy, and a quiet. The gym was quiet and staff very friendly.

Huge size apartment, nicely decorated, very clean, quiet, good temperature, and very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly. The gym was ok, the spa and sauna are a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Friendly staff!! So professional. Great restaurant and bar too.

Location and attention to detail. Great breakfast.

Gym needs updating

Great location just on the outskirts of the Old Town so easy to get to the main points of interest. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Great restaurant Srebrna Gora on the opposite side of the courtyard.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

There is nothing negative I can say about my stay.

Very clean. Good location. Reasonable price. Friendly staff.

breakfast, garage and walking distance to the food area and bars/clubs

The apartment was well-equipped, the furniture, kitchen utensils, decor and linen was immaculate. The apartment was large, comfy, and quiet. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety.

The gym isn’t as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Some updated equipment would be good

The location is convenient. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The room was spacious and the housekeeping staff topped up my tea bags and bottled water every day.

The decor is a little tired in the room, particularly in the bathroom.
