This location is beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel rooms were a little dated but still a great stay!

Was contacted on first day about cleaning of my room. After scheduling they never showed up. Room was not dirty when I checked in but would have been nice to have it cleaned. Towels were never changed and ran out - Luckily I packed extras

We liked the rooms, it was great having a kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit! It felt super safe there and it was nice having a small beach that was really close. Loved having the pools on the property and the staff did a good job accommodating our large group. They had a few events for guests like free hot dogs and nachos by the pool that was a nice surprise. We also like that there were a few restaurants and shops on the property that were just around the corner.

It was a little further away from the activities we had planned so we drove a lot back and forth to activities. Wish there had been a couple small rugs just something to wipe sand off your feet with.

Very difficult to get into this property lots of gate the property is smell horrible like sewage the whole time I was waiting for the morning because I just couldn’t stand this smell. It smells like storage. Also there was a very humid smell. In addition there were only two blankets and for some reason that they was super cold. The coffee maker is not working and ultimately it so it’s very expensive for the for what you’re getting.

The rooms are huge! The villa has everything you need, kitchen, fridge, glasses, cookware, washer, soap, shampoo, wow everything. You only have to buy the food. Wonderful for large families.

Room size was good. Pools were nice. Restaurants onsite were delicious.

Place is extremely dated, air conditioning units sounded like you were inside of an airplane. The beach is absolutely ruined with sargassum (seaweed). Seems none of the workers really care about any of the guests. Unfortunately the clientele at the resort was a little on the trashy side.

I like the resort having a security guard at the entrances. The facility is extremely clean. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There was enough room for our group.

There was a very strong smell from the marina. Also, the check in took longer than I would like and it was cumbersome to have to park and have to bring the keys back to the front desk. We were only there for the night. The front desk guy was super nice but I didn’t love the place as much as I had hoped.

The staff was amazing and did everything to make us feel at home

The villa was old and could use updating leak on ceiling over kitchen sink with mold where we prepare food and coffee

A wonderful place, comfortable, clean and the best part is the STAFF. The tourism industry workers in PR are known for their lovely hospitality and this resort is no exception. Also, the grounds, closeness to the beach and pools everywhere makes this an amazing choice for a great vacation

You need a car and while you can walk to local mini markets, restaurants, banks, the place is isolated to a certain level. Also, the temperature of the unit was low so it was freezing when we went in. All taken care of within minutes.

The complex is very nice. It's not a complex for elderly or people with disabilities. There are a lot of stairs and very steep terrain. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

It was clean.

Check out was at 10am. Too pricy for what you get. You have to pay for parking or park at your own risk.

They changed the room in last minute when I ask for two joint room and they confirm that I have both rooms together. When I arrive they give one room that was already occupied with other family. For that they change me for other room, but this one have the air condition damage, I stay tonight without air condition . Then they Change me for the third time in two days. Also all the bed are old and you can feel the spring in your back

Our Villa was Perfect!! It was equipped with everything needed for our stay ( fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, microwave). Every room was clean and the bathrooms too. A/C was perfect. Palmanova Plaza was walking distance and had a variety of stores and restaurants. Pool was clean and had a bar. Definitely going back!!!
