We had a family room for a one night stayover during a long car journey. Everything was good and as expected. The room was large and clean, we slept well. Good breakfast.

New hotel with good location

When we arrived, the room was very cold. Dogs in a hotel restaurant when you're eating isn't very nice.I don't want to stay with children in a room where someone else stayed with a dog. The pet smells and it's not very clean. Some hotels have special rooms for travelers with pets.

It was raining and there was no taxi. The girl from the reception called few companies, but all of them refused.

It was cold in the room (19 degrees when we entered). Didn't last till the morning when I increased to 22 degrees. Outside was about 9-10 degrees that day.

The staff were lovely and so helpful. Really appreciated the blackout in the room and how quiet the rooms were. Breakfast was buffet style and had a great selection. Only 5 or 10 minutes walk from tgv station

We stayed at this hotel twice and were very satisfied. The breakfast is delicious, everything is perfectly clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff are always polite and ready to help. We are very grateful and will definitely come back again!

Clean comfortable quiet stylish

The location - so close to the train station. The breakfast is very good. Lots of choices - wide variety of meats, cheese, fruits, cereal, breads and pastries as well as scrambled egg and sausages.

A little pricey for a basic hotel.

We were surprised. We did not expect such quality in all details - friendly management, nice design, clean rooms, protected parking, dinner and breakfast surprised a lot - food and service were very good, check out till 12. We would like to return to this hotel on our next trips.

The Ibis at the TGV station is a prefect stop off point if you arrive late or need to leave for an early train. The rooms are functional and the showers are excellent. It is a very friendly hotel where they were able to find room for me in the restaurant when I arrived very late and hassled after a long and disrupted journey. The breakfast is also excellent, once you have found everything. The highlight is the orange crushing machine which produces the freshest possible juice.One advantage of being next to the station is that it is very easy and cheap to get into Valence itself, which is an interesting city with a central square full of bars and restaurants. The bus service runs more frequently than the train and stops right outside the hotel (at least on the way back).

My only suggestion for an improvement is the signposting on the way in from the station, which doesn’t make it particularly clear that there is an entrance on the nearest side, opposite the Relay café.

easy reach from the motorway, compact, very friendly&professional stuff, comfortable bed

northing, it was just perfect for what we needed. if I have to be super picky, maybe kettle in the room would have been good. but we noticed that there is a kettle downstairs for people who want to make their teas/coffees. we noticed it late unfortunately

Located just across the road from TGV station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Decent bathroom, apart from hairdryer. Good selection for breakfast. Effective air conditioning.b

No roof safe (that was on my confirmation). Hairdryer was ineffective, just like a hose on a vacuum cleaner, and it barely got hot. No fridge. The bed was awful, it creaked and groaned every time you turned over in bed; think the springs have gone.....

Rooms aren’t very big, nor is the bathroom but they are more than adequate for an overnight stay. The breakfast is reasonable with a good range of choice, breakfast is served quite early which is ideal if catching an early train. Location ideal if using Valence TGV station.

Great rooms, excellant staff, good atmosphere and 5 min walk to the TGV station, plus the resto! and lots of secure parking
