Comfortable room, great restaurant and lovely staff

I liked everything

The location was in the middle of a large grounds, very well kept. The breakfast was excellent, with local specialties and much variety. The bistro was very good; the one-star restaurant wasn't open. The swimming pool was great.

I can't really think of anything to improve on at the moment.

IT was clean and comfortable. The bistro was okay and the breakfast good. The gym looked well equipped. The pool was an outdoor pool and covered- not in use.

The hotel was pleasant but very corporate so lacked personality. The in room fridge did not work , when reported we were told there was nothing that could be done to rectify.

Lovely setting and v helpful reception. Great room and v good modern bathroom.

I thought the staff in the Brasserie a little grumpy during the evening.

The rooms not bad

The restaurant offers the worst experience the waiters very messy they forgot our orders many times we waited 30 min for our ce cream to arrive they’re very arrogant especially the old man with grey hair! If you’re French it’s not bad but if you’re foreigners it’s even worst the stressed us out with their lack of management and you can see them lost going all over the place without a plan! But the breakfast can improve a lot. Visit a hotel in Scandinavia to get inspiration.

Great location in a nice, quiet park area. Rooms were tidy and nicely decorated, shared spaces had a very nice vibe. We also used the gym area, very well equipped! Helpful and friendly staff too. Cherry on top: great restaurant (and an amazing hamburger)!

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms with a door that opens to the hotel garden. The hotel has a restaurant, which serves a good breakfast as well. Free parking

It was clean and comfortable. it was quiet and for a tax of 15 eur i could bring my 2 cats.

I chose this hotel as it advertises its restaurant. I could not get a reservation there even though i sent a message about it. It is not a big hotel and i am sure that not everybody went there, so maybe stop advertising it as the hotel restaurant if the hotel guests cannot go there..All the restaurant in the area were full or were in vacation so.. the only choice left was the room service. We chose the pasta which was just a ton of pasta with a ton of butter and 3 shrimps on top.. it said it was with seafood.. it was a big disappointment as we chose this hotel for a culinary experience.The pool was nice but not enough to choose this hotel just for that..

facilities, hotel layout and style

The bad smell in my room seems from some drainage or sanitary issues.also did not like that there were a lot of insects everywhere during our visit, need to improve pest control maybe.our visit on June 2022.

The staff were so helpful and the hotel is spotless.

Food in the restaurant was a bit average.

Woman at front desk was grumpy and told us no space in the Brasserie. when I tried Brasserie direct they fitted me in and it was lovely

The bed is comfortable

The spa was not clean, water on the floor of the changing room. We booked one hour but our eyes have been irritated since the first five minutes and we also found a cleaning tablet in the pool. We couldn't stay longer as we couldn't open the eyes.

The swimming pool and the service of the reception who arranged medical care in the evening.

The food. The Ceasar salad was maibly lettuce, barely chicken or cheese and no taste at all for a very high price. Not worth it.
