- We were not told that there was not any maid service included. For the price I paid for the hotel I should not have to be calling and requesting toilet paper, coffee, clean towels, sugar, or anything else that would be included in daily maid service.

- Food was HORRIBLE and extremely overpriced. Service was severely lacking and information was not available (where to park, how to leave the resort, how to find the pool, room service menu.etc) The staff is constantly worried about theft, it was insulting.

Location was ideal for our stay.

Please note that the USD 15 charge for parking it is for self parking. If guests require valet service, it will be USD 20 total. Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham in Rio Mar Puerto Rico is located inside the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort. Wyndham Grand Rio Mar resort will be undergoing a transformative renovation of it’s rooms and leisure areas from Aug. 12, 2024 through Dec. 1, 2024. Extensive measures to ensure that the resort improvement works cause minimal disturbance during guest stay. During this time, two of the resort swimming pools will be closed. Additionally, Porte Cochere, will undergo extensive refurbishment and some of our restaurants and bars will also be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
