Heidekönig Hotel Celle

The restaurant is really good! Breakfast was excellent. The location is nicely situated for people traveling with car.

Stuff very nice , good breakfast

Stuff had problem.qith checking us out, took a moment although they were very nice. Also wait time in hotel restaurant was very long. Bathroom did not have a key

Property was very clean, had lots of parking and our room was huge with comfortable beds. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Friendly staff, great shower, comfy beds, clean room, parking onsite, good breakie included

No coffee maker in the room.

Quality of room - the hotel is not new, but rooms are renovated and very good equiped - tv with netflix, new bathroom, everything almost brand new.

Breakfast great, staff helpfull

Room not really confortabile, noisy door and furniture, TV remote not working, heater working only 10% (3 elements heating only), toilet water vessel not filling properly, shower door falling down in the night. Moreover, staff asked me additional money when I wanted to take a coffee in the room in the morning.

Clean and tidy, great food in the restaurant and a good breakfast, I would recommend this for all trade fair visitors! Manager and staff extremely helpful.

Maybe a kettle in the room would be nice?

We didn't have breakfast, but the dinner was good and we had good service.

Staff could have been more attentive at check-in. They didn't offer help with bags up to the room (no elevator) although we are 2 seniors.

Nice hotel with everything you need. As not situated in directly at City Centre, very convenient with the free bus (tickets from the hotel) just around the corner.

Everything was good except the beds were somewhat hard to sleep on. Used to softer beds.

Very friendly receptionist. The room as well as the bathroom were big, very nice and extraordinately clean. Free ticket for bus to downtown. Free parking at site. I will come again!

A well run hotel with friendly, considerate staff and ample parking.Rarely can one visit a hotel in any price range where everything is just as it should be. This is just such a hotel. From arrival, through breakfast to departure everything was without flaw.

Though breakfast was ample and had useful variety, a slightly better fruit selection would make it perfect.

Friendly staff, clean.

Central heating at the rooms was deactivated for the season. Combined with exceptionally cold weather it was quite uncomfortable to stay at the rooms and specially using the bathroom.

Clean and spacious room. Nice location and good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly owners and staff. Free parking for cars. Good value for the price.

No elevator.

Situated in a quiet location within Celle, but close enough to autobahn. Food was excellent, prices of food and beer were more than reasonable, but the biggest asset is the staff, warm, welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.

No Tea/Coffee or fridge within the room.No issues for my stay, but maybe for others. Especially the fridge for families with younger children during summer months.

Beautiful well renovated large triple room. The style is absolutely beautiful modern with rustic look, really stunning. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was great and plentiful, German style. Really recommend this place. It looks like it is also on the path to bicycle tours and they can arrange bike parking at night, so also well worth considering for bike tourers.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, good restaurant and free bus pass for duration of stay.

The hotel is located in a residential area and very quit. They offer a bustard for transport into Celle. Though we drove into to town. It is just 5 mins and easy to find a parking. The breakfast was ok but the best we have enjoyed. There is free parking on the premises.

It was very cold in the room.

Restaurant, restaurant, quiet location. Free bus pass with key card.

Was further from the station than I imagined from the entry on booking.com - felt a bit isolated.

The staff were consistently excellent in their demeanour, and were extremely accommodating with travel enquiries. The room was also spacious and maintained to an exceptional standard. The bus pass provided by the hotel is also highly convenient for travel within both Celle itself and the rest of Landkreis Celle, and I appreciate this unique provision.

NA.

It was great. Friendly helpful staff, clean tidy room everyday and quiet location that was great for exploring the town. There was a lovely breakfast buffet and the restaurant had a nice selection of meals. Easy to walk into Celle or to the train station and the local bus is also useful if you don’t want walk
