    Pros +

    • We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us at the parking and accompanied us to our beautiful room. He went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities including the SPA The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. We can go on and on about how beautiful the breakfast room is, and the food and drinks were superb. I would also like to mention the great staff that provided friendly and professional service to us the entire stay. We spent the rainy morning in their gorgeous SPA that was relaxing, beautiful and has the most fantastic outdoor views. We loved it and will be back for sure. Thank you Hotel Le Moulin!
    • Excellent breakfast and good lunch substitute offers when we arrived late for our check-in.
    • The location of the property offers some good opportunities for dog walking, which was very helpful with two active and playful dog and a baby who enjoys stroller rides. There is a nice outside seating area where one can order some drinks and some small bites to eat.

    Cons -

    • nothing not to like
    • Too much mosquitoes everywhere
    • - Misleading description on platform indicated the presence of two restaurants and services like room service - in face the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and the one affiliated with it (quite nice) is closed on Saturday and Sunday , making it next to useless for weekend travellers (which I expect would be the majority of people using hotels!) - Breakfast was passable but again only two time slots (8 or 9) both quite late when traveling with baby who wakes up very early. - Staff was kind but disorganized and really did not go out of the way to make us feel welcome or supported. - The village next to the hotel lacks even a bakery or cafe open on Saturday morning and it was not possible to sit down in the shade anywhere when walking there with baby and dogs. When asking a local restaurant if I could use the facilities to change my baby, I was rudely refused because they had not yet opened officially. - Given the room was 200 euros per person excluding breakfast and dog charges (which should not really exist in a pet friendly hotel, considering they don’t offer anything special for pets like bowls of water around the property pr even bins outside to throw waste in), I consider the property really low in terms of value for money.

Bathroom was good for the kids

Misleading advertising on Booking.com website. Stated the Spa would be included but it was not. High costs for breakfast and Spa use

    Nice old mill, well restored.

No air conditioning-38 C. Room very basic. Staff disorganized.

Excellent location, welcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable room, all in great country surroundings. A welcome break on a hiking tour.

Wonderfull house, very good restaurant, nice breakfast buffet.

Wifi did not work for laptops. Luggage stand in the room would be nice.

Very friendly staff. Room in the grain silo area of the hotel was a little dated but still very clean and comfortable. Family room was very generously sized. Good breakfast. Pretty garden

Beautiful hotel, very interesting architecture. very comfortable room (27) with a lovely bathroom. Very good breakfast. Dinner at main restaurant was delicious, highly recommended.

Only possible negative was the fact that the second restaurant was closed for annual holiday so couldn’t try it. The main restaurant is only open from Wednesday to Sunday, there is no option other than going into the village to eat.

    Beautiful unique hotel, great staff.

Booking.com failed to note that the room we booked had no AC. We visited during a heat wave. So not great but booking.com's fault and not the hotel's.

Very special place in the green countryside, quiet, although Strasbourg is 10 minutes from there.

Just one thing - the beds are bit narrow and not comfortable.
