- The staff was very courteous and pleasant I would like to make special mention ot the beach security who went above and beyond to assist us.
Cons -
- Television sounded terrible
- 10pm we had no water until 12 pm the next day inconvenience in everyday
- Did not like the fact that they did not cater for English speaking guess Only the Jamaican employees spoke english. All the managers and most of the guess there were speakers of other languages

The staff are friendly and do a great job making for a great experience
Overall the hotel is good, the beach great and staff friendly ensuring that your needs are met. The only negative is that the bathrooms though clean needs updating
