- 10/10 - #1 the staff hands down. Knowing the family by name, games, etc.. Deli, Naynay, Gyshaun, King Julian, and more. #2 All included activities: snorkeling, scuba diving, hobby, skiing.. etc #3 location - perfect #4 kid nightly entertainment #5 other guests are very family centric and friendly 8/10 - restaurant foods.. however.. this is a kid centric resort. That being said. Head down to Sandles for a more sophisticated options. Beach bar pours were a little light but pool pours were fantastic. House keeping was a little hit or miss at the start but once use whats app for needs. No issues.

- Nothing negative. If youre looking for pristine properties then head to Sandles. This is kid friendly and might be a little worn.
- The whole vacation represented very poor value for money. With the exception of the venetian restaurant the service provided by the staff ranged from unacceptable to absolutely appalling. Particularly in the self service buffet the food was all terrible. The room was very small and very tired.
