Ate dinner there once that was ok

The staff was very pleasant & helpful. Being that it is off season, there were only a few other couples staying there, so we rarely saw anyone. Although this says it is a bed and breakfast, the breakfast is not included. It's a very peaceful, quiet place.

The restaurant was not open for dinner on our last day. This is a very secluded location & most people do not rent a car, so you are completely dependent on the onsite restaurant and shuttles. The security guard did send out for food from in town for us.

I loved the friendly attentive staff. The gorgeous grounds, breath taking view and the calming ambiance, excellent food, convenient and affordable shuttle. I loooooooooooove this place and will definitely be returning and referring friends.

Beautiful views, private area

We did have breakfast a the main kitchen. Because brought our own food stuff. But me and my family had a wonderful time. My husband wasn't even ready to go home because the comfort. We got cottage 10 which was the premium cottage ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I loved the solitude and that it was a boutique hotel - very clean and in a serene and intimately private setting.

The property was excellent..good view .. very quiet and the atmosphere to died for.

Beautiful gardens. Lovely view of the sea. Lots of crabs to observe on the rocks. Salt water pools filled daily from the sea.

The property is quite far from other restaurants/shops with a very bumpy road to tackle if you want to adventure beyond the property. For this reason we decided to have dinner onsite after reading great reviews online. Unfortunately we had to wait more than 2 hours for our food after ordering while repeatedly being told our food was almost ready. Each individual working at the hotel was friendly but the service was ‘meh’. I would recommend staying closer to the center of Negril.

The ambiance of the salt water pools overlooking the ocean, that was amazing! The sunsets were incredible. The food was delicious every day. Our room overlooking the ocean was clean everyday.

Because it’s so secluded which we didn’t mind - would have been nice to have a little store/area to purchase everyday items.

The staff is very pleasant, the food is very delicious, the garden is well kept, Westender is very peaceful place.

The mosquitoes in the night prevents me from going to the pool ?

The hospitality of the staff, the seclusion of the area and the tranquillity it offers. Pools were clean too but directly in the sun so it’s nice when you go in the evenings.

The cabin I stayed in was good, but the floorboards were soft in some areas; could be as a result from termites.

the place was secluded and very nice. We enjoyed that outdoor feel. I would stay there again.

the internet service was down, the gentlemen who checked our room spent time on his phone rather than making sure all was well. oversall the experience was nice though.

I had an amazing stay at Westender Inn! The food was absolutely delicious, and the room was exquisite, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool areas were very nice and perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the tranquil and calm atmosphere throughout the resort. It’s the perfect getaway if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

Loved everything!

Very laid back! Beautiful sunset, great bar, good room, amazing view and pools too. I am going back for sure. Its a distance to get there from negril town but it was worth every mile. Pool is 24hr access which was a plus for me.

The pièce de résistance was the three magnificent pools, strategically located near the edge of the cliff, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.Whether we were lounging by the pool, taking a refreshing dip, or simply basking in the sun, every moment at Westender Inn was pure bliss. The property's unique blend of natural beauty, luxurious amenities, and warm hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.

Very peaceful, joyful, surrounded by nature hotel. Gorgeous property with mango trees and beautiful flowers, cute cottages. Staff is amazing, accommodating any requests, food delicious. It was very pleasant stay.

This was our third stop—and we loved it so much that we extended our stay!The grounds are lush and peaceful, with stunning views and a calm vibe. The saltwater pool overlooking the ocean was a dream, and the sunsets every evening were unreal. We stayed in a cozy cottage shaded by a mango tree. Even without A/C, the ocean breeze and Roman shades kept it cool and relaxing.The on-site restaurant is a hidden treasure—don’t miss the snapper rundown, jerk shrimp, or escovitch shrimp. Everything was full of flavor! The staff made us feel at home and truly looked out for us.Bonus tip: Get a massage next door right on the cliffs—it’s life-changing.Westender Inn is a true escape. We’ll definitely be back!

Sit back, relax, and take in the breathtaking sunsets each evening. The saltwater pool was a personal favorite, and the staff? Super friendly, attentive, and always looking out for you.We stayed in a cozy cottage with no A/C, but the Roman shades and ocean breeze kept it cool and comfortable. Great place, but all beds are queen-size and the staff was all but welcoming

To be honest, I don't find queen-size beds to be the appropriate size for two people (even though I'm neither tall nor "big"). This was particularly annoying for our ocean-view room that had conflicting information regarding bed size on the booking.com website (in one place it said king-size; in another place it said queen-size).
