It was a nice place to stay .

Location to town wasn't bad. Easy access

That someone that is working for you decided to steal MONEY and JEWELRY from me from my room. Plus the air conditioning was leaking all over the floor and never taken care of properly.

I like the location of the property and the security of the it

Our bed linen was dirty as though it had not been cleaned or checked before we arrived.

Location and view was nice

Room needs renovations and alot of updating to be on the level of price chargedj

The location of the property is perfect.

What i didn’t liked is the room , the A/C and fans are on but the room was not cool. The fridge didn’t work properly nor was the iron.Thanks to the front desk for getting us a new iron, but I think the owners can do a much better job with the room.

The location was great. Facility (pool) was clean & great. Grounds we were well kept

The air conditioner didn't work well. There was no air conditioning in the living room. The door jam was broken. We expected a television in our room & possibly a pbine to call the fro t desk

It was clean and spacious. Well maintained

A air conditioner in the living room would have made it perfect Easier access to the beach as well

It was a great location, easy to find. really pretty nice pool layout for the room was lovely.

A/c didn’t really work, it was hot even with the overhead fan and the internet kept chipping out majority of the time spent there. otherwise it was really nice. if I could get a better room next time I would definitely go back.

The facility needs renovation, and the bathroom was a bit small and uncomfortable

the location was great!

no A/C in bedroom and TV in bedroom didn’t work.no hot water into the shower for 3 days and maintenance man finally looked at on day number 3 and he said that the plumber put the valves in backwards. the cold side was actually the hot side.then he said the owner knows that the A/C in the bedroom doesn’t work. they said that each unit at the resort is individually owned. the pot was rusty and the shower curtain rods and valves were rusty.I went to the office several times and I spoke the manager and when she called the maintenance guy, he asked if I was still complaining.I had to sleep in the living room to stay cool. the living A/C had no controller so it freezing cold in living and hot in the bedroom. the manager offered me another location with no A/c in bedroom and no TV In Bedroom, so I decided to suffer in the apartment that I was in.refused to discount or give any refund.I will only stay in a 5 star resort because this bad vacation stay.

location was excellent and staff were great.

when it rained heavily the ceiling leaked this needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency. The property showed some signs of re-modelling e.g the bathroom, but not reflected throughout. Also property would benefit from complete plates, cups/drinking glasses, crockery etc.

the view

we were there for two days and the ac wasn’t working and I called for attention but the guy only come and look and turn back… each time the ac turn on it run water like a river while we were trying to avoid it we slept in a hot ? place.. I’m not saying this to let these people look bad but I’m saying it so they could just fix it.

I like the location and the ocean view

I didn't get a good customer service was not friendly and business like, need to be upgraded bathroom and kitchen also needs painting.

I was not aware of any breakfast

The location is awesome this place is quiet and relaxing however the room that I had need an upgrade and also the dirty sofa present should be change and apartment can use a facelift. Otherwise a beautiful place.

Location was great !! Staff was great at the front desk , security , and grounds!!!

Guests were treated horrible the days there were cruise ships in,, prices at the adjoining bar went up and only ship people could use the convenient gates !!!

the location was near mystic mountain

almost everything...the safe was so old it took a skeleton key which they said they lost all of, so no safe.. kitchen & fabric furniture dirty, i used quilt to cover couch before i would sit on it..yuck! but worst of all the restaurant next door blares music every night & all day on Sat from 8AM TO 12:30 AM, my ears are still bleeding! Also, out of all pics shown the only one in the unit we got was of the bed up against the wall, all other nice pics of windows with nice views & balconies is not the one bedroom unit they gave us...beware

its not top shelf low budget , i have stayed at this property before, don't go there on your honeymoon.
