Hilton Swinoujscie Resort & Spa

The bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious, and the tv audio connected to the bathroom speakers. The beach was just a short walk away - but no private hilton area for the hilton guests. Breakfast was amazing, I've never had so many offerings.

There was an issue wbetween the pre-payment I made on booking.com for the 2 nights, and at both check-in and check-out I had issues, at check-in I was charged from the property again twice :( Also for a "sea view room" about 75% of the view was of the plaza, and only from one chair could you really sea the sea.

Got wrong train information about buying tickets. couldn’t get on to the correct website. was told we could buy tickets at station. no tickets there. Had trouble with train authorities about not having tickets

Heating in the room might not be working properly.

- Unhelpful reception staff- AC was not working it was blowing cold air -maintenance were not able to repair -Very worn old towels only only after asking got clean ones

The rooms are exactly as advertised, everything is clean and works well, as you‘d expect of a hotel with this standard. Great beds, good soundproofing, bathrobes etc

- I am not quite sure why some hotels of a 5 star standard do not have an option to log in to personal streaming accounts (Netflix etc). It’s 2024!- Also making guests pay extra for Spa use just seems cheap. Being able to use the facilities such as sauna and pool should be included in the price

Great view, nice location - you are practically in front of the beach. Room was nice, big with comfortable beds.

Quite expensive breakfast

Everything was perfect. We easpecially liked the great balconny with seawiev and the aquapark. The breakast buffet was excellent.

- poor AC while the hotel surroundings are noisy till late at night (one has to keep the windows closed) - this was a big no-no- parking fee is quite high (100 PLN per day) and you get an assigned spot which might be very tight- no ventilation was active and adjustable in the bathroom

I was given a room overlooking the parking lot, where a tent had been prepared for a mass event since the morning hours. There was noise from the morning hours. Knowing that there was going to be a party in the hotel, I got a room with a noise protection package. Nobody said sorry. The level of arrogance is very high, but that's how it is when there is one contractor in Zdrojowa with 2 hotels.

We celebrated TWO birthdays there, leave very much money for cake, moet and other additional extras like flowers, room service, massages. All the Asian staff were very generous. The Spa & Restaurant Staff are so nice and polite and tried everything to make our stay good.Some staff at the Rezeption like Agatha, Zaneta and Magda are wonderful people. And tried their best to make our stay good, very kind professional understandable, helpful in every situation, even in our emergency situation. Big thank you!

This was our second time staying there. Don't even have words for this terrible experience. Yes, we had an accident with the cake in our room and we were willing to pay all for cleaning. And paid of course. But they tried to charge us for more and also lied in our face. And some staff (I don't call out the names) were talking so disrespectful with us and behind our back with other employees like our rooms were always so dirty. (This was the exact wording) We called the house keeping twice in the whole stay. One time we came back from massages and they let our door opened with all our private stuff. (Expansive handbags, belts, money, jewelry) We felt so uncomfortable. Never experienced something like this in other Hiltons or last year. We are respectful people even if we were on the birthdays too loud, it's not a problem to tell us. We understand that they have the right to kick us out, when we violated the hotel policy, but to say this in the last day as an argument is not acceptable. Because they let us stay and take our money. Then it's ok? We are so disappointed and sad to never return.

Hello We must say that me and my girlfriend were both quite dissapointed with the booked seaview room, we both agree that its at most a Partial view room. Also on 2nd floor not much of a good view is given.

Hilton Swinoujscie Resort and Spa, situated by the seaside and close to the Swinoujscie promenade, attracts a primarily German-speaking clientele due to its location near the Polish-German border. It's worth noting that during my stay, I often found that the hotel staff communicated in German, despite my Polish nationality.

- as you see in the pictures of the hotel the interior is amazing- extremely comfortable bed, spacious room- Kids Club, which was perfect for our 1,5 year old daughter,- Aquapark - with 2 good areas for small kids, one with shallow pool and slides and the other for splashing the water, plus 4 slides for bigger kids and adults- Spa & Wellness area - while small it was designed to help you relax, I was at the hotel in the peak season and only came across a few people. - Sushi Bar - delicious- very attentive and friendly staff - balcony with calming view on trees and sea

- I feel that the choices for breakfast could be narrowed down and the quality of some foods increased (example: waffles, gluten free bread)- Kids Club has 3 rooms one of them plays cartoons all the time and the door remains open, which is making kiddos constantly trying to go there and watch, which I didn't want.- no vanity kits

Very tasteful design. Everything is new and is very pretty and calming.

The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool but you get an access to the aqua park for an hour a day. It is nice and a good alternative but for some people, an hour might be too short. But with the beach nearby, you can always go there when the hour is done

beautifully designed hotel, very thoughtfully equipped rooms, some tea and coffee available in the room. staff was great, especially at the lobby bar and the restaurant (Polonaise). facility is clean and pleasant to be in, breakfast is versatile, however, I would improve the coffee. SPA area is wonderful, staff is very professional. everyone spoke perfect English.

the carpet flooring may not be the best choice as if attracts the dirt and smells - a particular “old” smell was sometimes present in the hallway. maybe having “real” coffee in the rooms would be a bit nicer.

Amazing hotel and resort. It is right on the beach with may restaurants near by to eat. The location is excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities are very good including water theme park, spa, massages etc. I loved it.

Everything was top notch, maybe the price can be a bit lower.
