Cons -
- I emailed the hotel at 10 in the morning right after booking the room saying that we needed to bring our bicycles to the room as they are very valuable and to let us know immediately if this was not possible. At 19:47 in the evening, I received a message saying that it was not allowed, but now it was too late to find another hotel. I was told that the bikes must be parked outdoors in the parking lot. I said that our bikes are worth 12000€ each and that this was not possible, to which they replied "The hotel is worth more than 12000€" as though bringing out bikes to the room would destroy the entire hotel, whereas leaving our bikes outside could lead to them being stolen... In the end they allowed us to park the bikes indoors in an employee hallway, which was just fine, and a happy compromise, but the way that they ignored our needs initially, and responded in such a way, was less than "ideal". The staff once we arrived at the hotel were all VERY kind and helpful.

No AC. No kettle. We had to wait for table on breakfast.
Nice staff, clean and cosy rooms, location close to Cafés and restaurants.
Breakfast was served a bit early, the street was sometimes a bit loud at night (other tourists passing by)
Location: very convenient, right next to the port where you can go across and get to the train station; it’s also close to the commercial street, not quite far a away to the beach Facilities: pretty good, there is a big terrace where you can chill or have a drink
Location, nice staff, comfortable bed, all clean and tidy.
The room was very small and facing the street. During the night there was a strong light from that street and it was a bit noisy. The breakfast was okay but vegetables did not look fresh, we also found that croissants were at least one day old. Sauna is not included in the price of the stay, 100 PLN for 2h, which I am finding overpriced.
