2nd low floor room. Partial sea view. Not real full sea view

Breakfast was delicious. The infinity pool and sauna are the high points. Kid's activities were fun. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The view of the room was not as expected because we booked a suite room and the pictures showed a proper sea view, but the room we got was on the second floor and the sea was not visible very much.

Breakfast stuff and breakfast ist the gem.

I'm missing green plants and flowers. I wish in the lobby and upstairs by the pool would stand large plants and palms. It's so cold and empty without...It's also time to renovate the sauna by the pool on 14'th floor. Thats really really bad ?. Also the furniture there are not 5⭐.

We are frequent guests of Radisson BLU, including the one in Świnoujście. We always return there with GREAT PLEASURE! Radisson BLU Świnoujście is a high quality hotel, located 20m from the beach. All hotel facilities are excellent. Breakfasts are fantastic, with enormous selection of food. The hotel staff is more than friendly. It applies to all the staff - from the reception, through restaurants, to the cleaning service. We always have great time while staying in this hotel.

Space for breakfest

I can´t say that I liked anything besides the breakfast. Taste was good but it caused terrible diarrhea (probably bad eggs).

The rooms are worse than a fridge. We had to check out after one night, cause even after 5 promises no one cared at all to fix the issue. We still ended up paying for 3 nights.Scam hotel with totally incompetent and unfriendly staff. NEVER GO THERE!Go to Heringsdorf. We enjoyed travel charge. Same price, but really nice garden, professional staff and people were smiling.

Facilities and location.

Unpleasant staff, especially receptionist. I think 5 stars hotel management should look at receptionist’s professionalism more carefully . I am not first who complained in this matter.Breakfast was reach and with good quality, nevertheless queuing and looking for free table for a long time was not convenient at all!

Rude staff especially person behind the counter at the aqua park, also abrupt lady at check in.

Very nice hotel in a very central location and easy access to the beach. Staff were very helpful, the room was very good with complementary bottles of water, tea and coffee. Excellent views from the balcony on the 4th floor. Good facilities with the swimming pools for which you get supplied with dressing gowns and slippers to go in. Breakfast was also very good with an impressive selection of food on offer to suit many, if not all, tastes! After an initial, not knowing where to wait without causing an issue or getting a ticket, once checked in, parking was easy and very good.

Curtains did not close properly and were awakened by sunshine, pitty that the made them to small to close like it should.

No Park for your car avaliable, and u should pay 25€/day for your own parking.Food was repeatable in breakfast and dinner I will not eat dinner there any more there is not worthy.I send email of request before i come there, i had no answer at all.Activities in the hotel are limited in time and in options.

The hotel is so great. The breakfast here is the best I've ever had! The view from the room was amazing.

A little noisy outside, but when the windows are closed, you hear nothing

- Location:The location is perfect: the hotel sits inside the Baltic park on the main promenade. Walking to the beach takes around 3 minutes, and if you're not a fan of beaches, leave the hotel and you're all set for a nice walk around the promenade full of restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions. There's a convenience store right across the street, too.- Hotel:The hotel itself is very clean and well designed, with spacious rooms, two restaurants, open air swimming pool and underground water park, as well as with a nice area for playing billiards, bowling and table soccer. There was also an ice machine on our floor.- Room, service and amenities:Room service was impeccable: our room was kept clean every day, and we were given free water (both sparkling and still) after every cleaning session, in addition to free coffee. All of the supplies and amenities promised were also present: two bathrobes, slippers, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc.There was also a TV in the room with a detailed explanation of the available facilities and services. Additionally, we had the chance to order breakfast or a meal and have it brought up to the room at any time.The view out of the premium room was breathtaking, with the entire city of Świnoujście being visible - and, of course, the ocean as well. What's more, the balcony itself was very big and spanned the whole room from the outside, immediately cresting a fantastic first impression.- Food:Breakfasts and dinners were also great, with a lot of choices ranging from your classic beans, bacon and cheese, to various meat and fish-based dishes. A wide range of desserts was served, from doughnuts and various cakes, to fruits and waffles. There was always something new to try out.- Staff:The staff was very friendly and never got in the way. Everyone we met spoke English (and, of course, German and Polish), which made our stay very comfortable.

We liked everything.

Top location. Awesome views. Beautiful new hotel. Great spa. Great roof top cafe. Amazing breakfast.

Breakfast in our room. The personell. The clean beach. The different restaurants.

The beds were a little soft for our tastes, but then nobody is perfect. The friendly and professional people working there more than made up for it.

Clean, with parking and safe

Would be good to have more sign in the parking to indicate and make it easy to find the right exit.
