- The receptionist had a hostile attitude towards my parents because they were speaking Russian. They are not from Russia though and they also perfectly speak Polish. She treated other guests in a friendly manner, therefore I assume it was about the language. My parents felt as unwelcome guests.

The room in the new part of the hotel were really nice. The staff was very polite and helpful! the pool and sauna are also great! The oldpart of the hotel was, well, old.. The rooms need renovation, but they are also in very reasonable price (we saw both types of rooms and decided to upgrade to the new part)
It is too bad, that there is no see view, but that is in all of swinoujscie, unfortunatelly. We did not like the breakfast. There were not many options to choose from, the coffee is really bad and there was too much meat. If someone in vegetarian/vegan/any other restriction, there are no options for you. (maybe we should have informed the reception first)
Location can't be better - almost at the sea and just on the edge if main promenade. Close enough to be part of it, but not to feel like on a dance floor.
No parking places available - perhaps due to the fact that it is a very large hotel (despite the look outside), with only few parking spots. No wifi signal in the room, common area nor breakfast/dining room and very poor cellular signal
Overall a very good experience! ... great location!
