    Pros +

    • It was beautiful, peaceful with lots of amenities including a fire pit. Excellent food and very well kept gardens.
    • The buffet
    • Location and well situated! Double rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Enjoyed the buffet and the spa. The building is old and it is an old fashion hotel.

    Cons -

    • More English speaking staff please.
    • Cleanliness of high ceilings - spider webs among curtains and windows
    • The single rooms are absolutely nightmare. Please avoid booking a single room. They should be outlawed. Worse than a doghouse! The double bedrooms are lot more expensive and not sure if it is worth the money.

Lokation is good.place is very big.

If you are in the main building it is cofortable, but if the room is in the yard you have to go to spa over all teritory outside.breakfast is in the main building, and looked not so fresh.

The hotel offers everything one may need for a short, relaxing stay in Świnoujście: cozy rooms, nice breakfast, local spa with cosmetic and medical-type services, two small pools. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is very convenient - close (a few minutes walk) from the city’s central promenade and the sea, but its park surroundings makes the place quiet and relaxing.

Very nice building in a park with old trees, good breakfast

It was rather cold and the heating did not work, so wewere getting really cold in the evening. In the first night, we asked for extra bedsheets but they could not provide them.

    - early check-in without extra charge- good communication before arrival- lucky to get a parking space (many hotels in the city, advertise parking, but in the end, only have a few spaces and cannot guarantee availability).- cleanliness- very nice breakfast (though served in the basement)

    - relatively dark room located on the ground floor with a view towards a concrete wall of the outside escape route, directly in the staircase hall opposite the elevator - okay for one night, though it spoiled the last night of my holiday.- resort building is located next to a busy street (sime cars speeding by with what feels like 80 km/h), walking to the promenade is not a nice walk alongside this street, and rooms are loud if windows left open.- effective service, but missing warmth- if you rent a bike you have to search the hotel grounds to find it. Staff just shrugs if you ask where to find the bike. Rental is by day until 20:00, not for 24 hours. This is a hazzle as you have no bike in the evening if you stay one night only or have to pay double the rate, or walk beside the road…- rooms miss atmosphere , they look more like sanatorium rooms.- too many German tourists (though I am German myself, usually traveling more in the East of Poland):)

Location, breakfast, swimming pool with sauna, rooms with balcony, cleanliness, elevator

No fitness room, no kettle (for making tea or coffee) in the room

    7VictorPosted on: 4-21-2024

    Good

In booking there are pictures of a gym, as well as comments saying “gym lockers” and “personal trainer” but there was actually no gym

Great room with necessary equipment, professional personal on the reception (pl, eng, de), comfortable bikes rent and pool.About 10 minutes walk to the beach.

It will be really great to have cakes or something sweet on breakfast. But actually breakfast is good.Additionally it will be great to have a frying pan lid.

The historic building of the Cesarskie Ogrody is a very good place to stay in Swinojuscie. Very close to the train station where trains from Germany are arriving. Up to 15 mins walk distance to the beach. A fantastic forest as well as town`s main attractions in a walking distance. Nice breakfast and a good swimming pool!

    Clean and quiet

Spa area was very small and no towels available

    8AnastasiiaPosted on: 8-11-2023

nice hotel, historical building, everything is new inside, great breakfast and beautiful garden around

    7MagnusPosted on: 8-6-2023

Nice hotel with an interesting history in a great location in a quiet park. Lots of parking space available for a fee which was very convient. No need to hunt other parking lots during the stay as both the beach and restaurant areas in town are well within walking distance from the hotel. There is also a nice restaurant (Weranda) just besides the hotel.

The wifi was pretty much non-working. The only place we could reach the network at all was on the balcony, but even there the connection was very weak. As our mobile internet coverage was bad as well, this was a bit annoying, especially for our kids. Also the floors were a bit sandy, from previous guests visiting the beach I suppose, but other than that the place was clean.

Second stay there - so we appreciate the place.Nice breakfast and restaurantGood quite location

    A bit small swimming pool

    8Sole7675Posted on: 7-14-2023

    The breakfast.

The fact that you have to pay for parking and the use of a swimming pool! Outrageous. Also, when we arrived there was a broken glass table in our room. Our toddler almost cut himself. We called the reception and a person came to pick it up. Also, we requested a crib, it was confirmed to us it will be waiting for us in the room, and it wasn't there when we arrived. Again, it was handled after a call to reception, but no such calls should be necessary.

Some of the staff members are polite (note that some informations can be hard to obtain if you don't speak german or polish) The spa is ok even though some items were broken.

Despite stating on their page that they provide "Special diet menus (on request)", they really don't. They just don't care. To sum up, I don't eat dairy, so not a big deal, and I'd have loved to be at least able to add soy milk in my coffee like I do in 99% of european hotels, even small and basic ones. It's already puzzling that a hotel of this size and standing, with an extensive breakfast buffet, doesn't have any dairy alternatives (but hey, they have a robot, how cool, that's the future, guys!). After the first day's breakfast they assured me they'd get some, yet the next day it appeared that my request had been plainly ignored. When checking out, I thought it'd be useful to report the incident, yet the receptionnist shrugged and said that "they probably don't get special milk for just one person" ... This careless attitude felt a bit like a time travel to the 1980's (So did hearing soy milk considered "special").
