Pros +
- Location is walking distance to the beach, shopping.
- It was an okay stay in Świnoujście. I liked the room, and the lobby -where I had to wait after check out because of the rain- was comfortable with outlets to charge my phone. The location was good, almost on the central pedestrian street, with many shops and restaurants around.
- Great staff,breakfast, bed,spacious room,parking, clean, terrace with quiet view.Amazing people.thank you!
Cons -
- Some of the staff are unpleasant not friendly very bad service. No cleaners for weekend.
- I really felt uncomfortable with one of the female assistants at the reception who was being ironic as she couldn't understand English. Another guest had to help me communicate with her because they also felt uncomfortable.

very good breakfast.
Noise in the street outside during night and smoking people in balconies in the adjusted rooms. We notified the reception but nothing has been done to prevent it .
Friendly staff, good atmosphere and very good situation within the city part at the sea-promenade.
Delicious breakfast, very helpful staff, comfortable bed, size of the room, nice and clean

swimming pool and hotel location
cleanliness in the bathrooms could be better
Location! Close to promenade and coast.beach
All gathered in one place, rather good room, swimming pool, possibility to take stairs and not only elevators, parking lot, quite OK dining space.
Breakfast very good. Excelent location
steam sauna and jacuzzi was not working. There was no parking place for my car.
Nice location, staff can speak some English and German languages. Pool area is nice and they have sauna
Pretty old hotel, poor breakfast included
Excellent new room not far from the beach with excellent wifi and a good breakfast, if a little crowded
There is AC in the roomHotel location is great Price is about averageRoom and bed are clean and comfortable
The breakfast isn’t good at all.
Location is very good, 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, nice pool. Clean.Kettle in the hallway was always free
Great breakfast and close to the beach, own pool and sauna
Quite a lot pensioners :)
The only good thing was the pool (however somehow even there the worker managed to come 15 min too late!) and the reception staff.
Unless you like places from the 70’s it’s all wrong. The fridge doesn’t work, the key doesn’t fit in the hole, toilet paper- 1 layer, the rooms are depressive, no coziness or style. For this price it’s a rip-off.
Nice rooms and comfortable beds
The breakfast buffet was a mess when you were not allowed to pick food yourself. The staff picked the food you pointed out, but more staff was needed. Long queues, messy and staff with mouth guards they did not cover their noses.
Great place to stay.Friendly and professional staff.
