The service, the room, all things were good.

Good localization to train station and Swinoujscie beach. Room - clean, silent with all needs facilities. Stable and fast Wi-Fi connection. Kindly crew. Breakfast delicious with many variants. Additional plus for no plastic bottle water. It was my another stay in this hotel and as always it was good and relaxing time - thank you! :-)

Comfy, silent room with all needs facilities (include kettle, tea/coffee and milk + 2 bottles mineral water). Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Very kindly crew - special thanks for receptionist for warmly hospitality. <3 Easy check-in/check-out. Delicious brekfast with many variants (sweets/salty snacks) and fish! - markrell and herring. Possible buy dinner-supper. It was fantastic last weekend AD 2024 - thank you! :-)

Weird smell on corridor. Tables in breakfast area not always was clear enough.

The rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful.

The beds had mattresses that slid a lot and this created a problem when trying to recliner and read. The mattress would slide a foot or so off the bed. We just had 2 sets of towels for 4 people. The Christmas celebration dinner needed formal attire which we didn’t have. The parking was quite expensive but couldn’t be booked beforehand. The hotel should allow booking the parking before a guest arrives.

Super clean, comfy bed and friendly staff.

There was a weird smell at a corridor. It was cold in the room, not able to heat up. Location is not that close to a beach and parking has limited spaces around the hotel.

Everything you needed was provided - I liked being there. The staff very kindly spoke English and even booked a taxi cab for the next morning.

Contrary to their claim, it is impossible to access their free WiFi. The receptionist apologized, explaining it was a common problem. So, no WiFi is available until the hotel fixes the issue. You can't get past the access page which is forever loading up...

The buffet breakfast was very good. It provided a great variety. The location was good to get to the beach and to the town centre.

As we got to the hotel one hour earlier than check in and the room was available they insisted that we had to pay an extra ten per cent daily room fee to get our room. We were disappointed with that attitude.

The location! Rent a bicycle, the best way to see Swinoujscie. The bicycle roads in the city and along the beach is really good.

Unfortunately there were no towels during our stay due to problems, nothing the hotel could fix. We still recommend the hotel.

One of the rooms had the shower gel dispenser stolen and the hotel failed to replace it.

Very comfortable room, everything what I need during the trip was inside and there is a very good breakfast.

The service at the corridors was very loud and had annoying comments like don give the guests to many towels cause they’re stealing them.

Coffee on breakfast is not the best & a little bigger tv in a room would be awesome but it's my subjective point of view;) Also air-conditioning controller wasn't working but it might have been related to winter's aura so it was set for the hotel or I was too stupid to activate it xD
