Feel Good Hotel

Location was in a quiet place.

My room was not cleaned. There was trash, left over foods, and drink from Valentine’s Day. Dead roses with the room smelling horrible. I had to air it out when I arrive. I found pubic hair on the towel in the bathroom. Highly disappointed and I didn’t want to sleep on the bed till I flip the bed around. I don’t know what happens on that bed and did not what to take any chance.

Cool sports facility. Lots of activities for the children. The restaurant was amazing. Absolutely delicious. Great friendly service at the restaurant and bar. The room itself was well stocked with toiletries.

The room did not smell good although it appeared clean. Being on the first floor it was very noisy all night and early in the morning. People came out to smoke and talk right under the windows well past midnight and started back up by 6am with workers making a lot of loud noise. We did not sleep very well.

I had to pay double because they wouldn't cancel a room I overbooked, simply because they didn't want to. Very poor customer service.

Very nice reception staff trying hard to be helpful. Good parking. Nice and massive gym.

Rooms had no black out option like curtain. Very poor reception, breakfast, pool times. Bad location. Untrained staff.

Nice and silent neighbourhood, good enough swimming pool.

The breakfast was a little "basic", coffee in my opinion was terrible. But fresh bread and juices were ok. Next to the window of hotel room there was a sports hall, where day by day from early morning someone exercised, usually with loud music. Unfortunately the room was without air conditioning, so window must be opened all time long.

The hotel was located conveniently near the local parkrun. It had many health facilities such as a gym. I will need to come back for a few days to use these facilities. I found the bar and restaurant of more use for the one night stay.

It was a bit of a traipse from the tram. Better suited to people in cars.

Check in was easy and the fitness and spa facilities were great, the rooms and hallways could do with a bit of an upgrade and not all the lighting functioned properly. Would be nice for the pool to be open in the morning but I can understand the technicality of this.

The room furniture etc were a bit on the cheap side, it seemed quite a bit was spend on the downstairs and lobby but the upper floors were neglected.

We had back luck and in the evening was an event in the hotel so the restaurant was closed

The staff was always helpful, and the option to use the sports facility was great.

The rooms needed some maintenance. The doors and Windows did not work properly anymore. There was no AC in the room, and it was quite hot at night.

Staff and food in the resturant for breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

Sunday night after motogp not much options for meal after 7pm It was difficult to get back from the Moto GP. Only one place across the road was open, had closed the kitchen They did go out of the way to give me bratworth and potato salad. Just so you know to get food earlier on Sundays.

We have been provided with another hotel as the one selected was full !!! Unbelievable!!!!!And all was pre-paid !!!!I would like to ask for a refund and will be in touch with booking legal department soon !!!!!

They cancelled our long time confirmed and prepaid 2 rooms reservation

The location and facilities were really great. Breakfast was tasty and the bed was comfy. The room was clean as well as the whole complex.

Having a room with windows facing inside the building, exposing you to the whole hotel, and forcing you to use shutters during the day was terrible even by an economic standard. Because of this, I would never visit the hotel again.

Everything! I liked the breakfast, pool and sauna.The availability of dinner was also very convenient.

I had some mechanical noises from some pipes etc in the room throughout the night which was annoying and occasionally disturbed my sleep. I am sure it was specific to the location of my room.FYI my room was 219.
