The room was comfortable although for a so called deluxe double room with two guests it would be helpful to have more than one lounge chair available.
The room was not serviced at all on the Friday of our stay and received only a minimal service the day before. Consequently things like the soap dispenser in the shower ran out, as did the coffee pods for the coffee maker in the room. The breakfast room was extremely crowded on the Friday and Saturday mornings and given it is a buffet service there was always a long queue to use the coffee machine. It is not a city-centre hotel and I therefore feel that paying 10 Euros a day for parking when one is a guest in a deluxe room is exploitation, especially when one can find free overnight parking in streets surrounding the hotel.

No aircon, but small fan provided.Not an issue during cool season.
Walkable distance to city centre and sights
The staff is not very welcoming, i waited 5 mins for check in, so I had to start the conversation to be taken care off, have to ask for every single information needed and staff argues with customers instead of finding solution for the issue. Very noisy at night on weekends.

10 minutes walk from the main turistic square, affordable parking at the door and nice diner, it was a nice surprise the quality of the food. The room is spacious, and quite, at least from the high floors, there is no noise at all.
Before the lift, there are 6 stairs, that carrying a big luggage is not very practical, it would be better if they change them for a sloped ramp
Cleanliness is excellent, breakfast is super, spacious room, Wifi is fast, Train, Tram & Bus stations are just in front (one step) of the hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to the city center. Sandwich, Pizza, Doner Kebab (5 Euro for big) or other kind of snacks shops are available just behind the hotel. Supermarket is available just opposite the hotel.
There is few steps to climb before reaching to the lift to go to the room, we have to lift and carry our baggage through this steps, it is better to have a ramp near to the steps to pull the trolley bags. secondly it is very important to have electric hot water kettle to boil the water in the room at least on request.
