I didn’t expect the single room to be that spacious! It has everything you need (towel, shampoo and shower gel and even a little fridge). Everywhere is clean and organized. The self help service is pretty convenient too. I’ll highly recommend it!

The hotel is easy to find and to check in. It's a well maintained room with a clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and well lit, good water pressure and temperature. Many lighting options and plenty of outlets (if through an extension cord)

There is no insulation on the doors and they slam - hard. Since many rooms share a bathroom, it is impossible to sleep - all throughout the night people slam their doors on the way to and from the bathroom. There was no WiFi, I think. At least there was no information on how to connect in my room.

It was a big room and nice bed.

Shower room was smaller than the toilet. The TV did not work and maybe it should be made clear that you also share the microwave and water boiler.

Really nice big room. Excellent value. Short 9 minute walk to station. Maybe 20 minutes to centre of town. Shared facilities convenient but it looked like you had to pay a euro to use shower.

Reason for booking this place was bus stop is near so travel from main station would be easy. Unfortunately there is no means of transport from hbf to this apartment. It is a scary walk of 12 mins after night 11 from hbf to this apartment !

In an unmanned hotel, no one will answer the door when you press the bell, so you need to call the owner yourself

The room was a really nice big space, with a homely feel. The bathroom and shower are seperate but I had no trouble accessing either. There is a fridge in the room, which was handy, and a supermarket is just down the road. I stayed for the Sachsenring MotoGP weekend, and the accomodation was ideal.

The bed was very soft, and only a single, which wasn't the most comfortable for me but might suit others. It didn't seem that anyone was available to check me in but the instructions were easy to follow so I was able to get in and grab the key to the room without any trouble.

The location was good !The room was really clean and good :)

There is no refrigerator to store food ?

Very clean and tidy hotel. All equipments are provided for tenants really you can find everything in the kitchen. They let me early checkin at 10 am which I appreciate a lot because I arrived with train so early to the city.

TV antenna can have connection problems. But it is not matter for me I closed it thats all

I really enjoyed my stay in Chemnitz. The location is great, only 15 min by foot away from the main station. My room was spacious and especially the bed was very comfortable. The shared bathroom was very clean and I also liked that the hotel provided some kitchen gadgets like a coffee machine, water heater and microwave.Also the check in very late in the night worked really well. All in all a great experience and good value for money:)

Rooms were extremely roomy with nice, clean and pleasant interior. We only had host on a phone, but she was helpful since, the booking went wrong and we were missing one bed. (booked first 9 and added 1, which we did not get at first.) But the host arranged one extra room for us. Ask host for the kitchen and laundry, it is not obvious where they are.

We did not have kitchen at our flour only microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. We have got only one shower for 8 person. We found common kitchen, where we got the extra room, but it was pretty poor equipped. The washing machine worked, but the drier did not. Billing information were also wrong. According to the host it is "booking.com" that has wrong information about the accommodation (we booked 4 person Apartment and they only have 2 bed rooms) - o yes, and who gave those information to the "booking.com"?

The building is situated at a very comfortable place. Shopping mall and supermarket are situated in 2-5 min. And the same with a bus stop.

Yesterday they changed the code of the door and I was not able to get in and I stayed in the outside 1.5 hours. I went in the morning and came back ver tired and the problem with the door.The changed the code of the black box and when I checked out I could not to put key into the box.If change code you oblige to inform your clients otherwise you will lose them, they will never come back.Further, they was very cold in room at nights, it's difficult to bear it in this time of the season.

we can launder total 4 Euro but we put only 1 Euro coin.however, you can ask the reception to exchange.

The room was stylish and clean, a lot of space. It was easy to check-in after hours too.

The water in the shower was always lukewarm no matter how long I waited for it to get warmer.

Well equipped, clean room with little sofa, desk and fridge. Good communication (SMS) ahead of stay (online check-in). Rooftop windows could be opened (hot day). Short stay-over between two days in the Ore Mountains. Elevator!

In my room, all power outlets were at floor level, but that is just a tiny thing.

The room is very clean. The toilet and shower room are also very clean, even though they are shared. The shower water is very warm.There is a microwave to for you to heat food. The location is also very good, neat to the train station and also the central bus station. I left my t-shirt in the room, but the staff is willing to help send it back to me without any charges, which I really appreciate!
