Great location, helpful staff. Room was tidy and comfortable.

I stopped here many times. It's a clean, well-located, and affordable hotel. The breakfast is not the best, but enough to have some simple food and coffe in the morning.

This time, my room didn't have the curtains, because they were being cleaned. Yes, nobody warned me about it, so I found out only after I got in. I asked for another room, but the manager told me that there are no free rooms, because they are fully booked, and they could change my room only the next day. Yes, it's been a big group of people checking in in parallel with me, but they gave me the only room with no blinds, so I was forced to move inside my room with the dim light to not be visible to all of the city through the window. The next day, I changed the room.

Breakfast was nice. Plenty on offer to suite various types of preferences. cooked, continental and cereal.

Room had no clothing ironing facilities. I probably wont stay here again because of this.

The room and the bathroom are spacious. The room was warm since we stated during early winter.

Not enough place to hang our clothes. We could not hang our winter jacket since there is no place for it. Appreciate it if there could provide it nearer to the door. Secondly, the room is suitable for 2 people, however only one chair is provided, the second person needs to sit on the bed which is not convenient. We book 2 rooms with the adjoining room, since we are family it will be much nicer if we were put closer together, at least on the same floor.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was great.

The room temperature was too high and it was not possible to regulate it. We were told just to open the window. At night it was noisy from the street. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and some tea and coffee.

Situated right at an intersection. So if you open the windows there will be noise. But A/C is okay.

No fridge in the room, no real closet in the room.

The hotel is in a central location but quiet. The room and common area were clean, comfortable and well-designed. The desk in the room was good for remote working, and Internet was strong.

The room didn’t have a fridge, but there were beverages and snacks (including hot pizza!) in the lobby. A small gym on site would have been nice, but at this price point, I didn’t miss it.

The overall environment is comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and patient in solving guests' problems.

The operation of indoor lighting and air conditioning is a bit complicated and the design can be simplified.

Reception staff were great. Rooms prety much as expected and the location was in the heart of the city. I liked the safe and secure parking.
