A&F Hotel Chemnitz

The room was quite nice and spacious. And provided everything we needed.There is an excellent Indian restaurant next to the hotel.

Our overnight stay was very comfortable – exactly what you need to relax. The rooms were very spacious and generous in size, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. A huge plus for not charging extra for pets. I would definitely stay again.

Nice big room, nice big shower, nice windows. Very comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Easy to park.

No fridge in the room but not a big deal.

We liked it. Personal was polite and friendly. Our room was really big - like an apartment even with personal kitchen. We were the only ones who wanted breakfast so it was made only for us.

Comfort, esthetics, cleanliness. Family apartment was so nice.

I can't say I did not like something. I only regret that the Turkish restaurant on site was closed during our stay.

Staff and service level is below zero.You literally cannot contact the staff after 10pm. Even if there were an emergency, you are on your own.we arrived before 10pm but everything was closed and the phone was answered after 15 minutes of calling. They were not ready for check in. I had to prove i paid via booking.com During check in I gave my id an left it. 10 minutes after 10pm I couldn’t contact the staff to take it back.

Doors were locked at night with no communication and noone to speak to. Restaurant. Closed too early and I wanted to go out and get something to eat, had to give up and go to bed.

Room was not cleaned, I’ve been ignored from the stuff after trying to change it at the reception- no effect. Similar experience at the restaurant, long story short I just stand up and left. Not recommend at all

The breakfast was the only thing that we didnt like. It was cold (sunny side up eggs along with pancakes were just cold) The cups for coffee were too small for the amount of coffee coming in.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time during the last year.The room was ok. The beds are good. Free parking at the hotel.

There are only two chairs in the triple room (2nd floor, room 4). The hotel room is designed as an apartment with a separate kitchen area. But it is dysfunctional. Countless kitchen shelves and cupboards are useless. A significant drawback is that there is no refrigerator, but it is mentioned in reservation and previous time in room 3 we have a refrigerator. This time there was only a sink and a dirty kettle on the work surface. There were no cleaning utensils – this will be necessary for such accommodations. Only 3 small cups and 3 glasses (each of different size) in the cupboard, no any plates and no cutlery.Very slippery floor in the shower when tiles are wet.

Location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean, tidy, smart as well as very comfortable. Didn’t use the in-house dining facilities.

The kitchenette area was a little lacking in facilities.

We travelled with two kids a a dog and we did not expect more than just a stay overnight and continue. The apartement was very comfortable, clean and spacious, had everything we needed. Convenient location for us, just in front of a park. The staff was nice and helpful, all good.

Spacious, lovely designed, modern rooms, comfortable beds, living room and small kitchen with the basic necessities. Perfect for family stay.

Doesn‘t match the description! Instead of fully equipped Deluxe 30 sq meter room we got 9 sq room without table, fridge

We stayed here in December 23, were very happy and satisfied with the room and price. Half a year later we decided to stay there, booked a Deluxe room, according to the description should be the same room as we had - 30 sq meter, with a table, wifi, fridge etc. This time the price was higher but well, inflation we thought. How was our surprised when we got a 9 sq meter room without table, fridge, password for wifi. Only a bed and bathroom. If it‘s a Deluxe room with 30sq meter then I have no clue what is a Basic room - 5 qm meter? First we thought it should have been a mistake and went back to reception but manager was surprised that there is still old description and told us they had renovation and don‘t have those big rooms anymore! We asked to give us at least something bigger and with a fridge (which was in the description), manager asked us - What do you need fridge for?.. well.. no comments.

The room was spacious, the hotel is well located, just a few minutes’ walk to the city centre.
