Hotel BUTZ

The country village atmosphere, with cocks crowing from sunrise on, and the elegantly appointed restaurant. We benefited from mushroom season, with a number of specialties featured on the menu. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, while small, was up-to-date.

At the moment, because of road construction, the hotel is a little farther from Lübeck than it seems on the map. The room (listed as "budget," was somewhat sparely furnished. One had a choice of keeping the curtains open for ventilation or sleeping past sunrise, which in northern Germany in the summer comes quite early.

The staff and facilities were great.Food was a good value. The facilities were excellent.

The patio was a little loud into the late evening.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Butz and we're definitely coming back to this for us new favourite! Everything was well over our expectations. Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds and a fresh bathroom with everything you want. Restaurant with varied and delicious food and welcoming staff. They asked what time we wanted breakfast which usually was served at 8 a clock. We needed it at 7 a clock. Seven a clock next morning our very own very beautifully presented and generous breakfast was ready at our table. The staff where all so nice and friendly and we really felt that they wanted us to have the best experience possible at their hotel. we had our two dogs with us and the surroundings are peaceful and nice for walks. Highly recommend Hotel Butz to people who value quality and tranquility and a friendly athmosfere.

Achtung: Stufe! I kept jarring my back, stumbling on random steps, although I always ducked my head in time on the stairs.

Quiet surroundings and authentic atmosphere. We stayed in a nice room with a comfortable bed. Reasonable fee of 10 euros for bringing a dog. We enjoyed a very well-prepared dinner, and it is clear that the kitchen staff at Butz are fond of cooking - everything was delicious and freshtasting. There is a small forest nearby for a walk in the country side.

The bathroom is quite small.

It's a very beautiful place, it exceeded my expectations. The people are so kind, the place is in a wonderful forest, the rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable, my family and I will always come to it, it's our new favorite place
