    Pros +

    • Cosy, friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. Location is also good.
    • Beautiful building, clean and tidy, also great restaurant with a lot of fish options
    • Nothing, see my comments below. Don't even consider to stay here!!

    Cons -

    • Actually I like everything, except the price is a bit too high by comparing with others.
    • Room not corresponding to booking confirmation, staff unfriendly and couldn't arrange another room, "no other rooms available", "you have to contact the hotel owner tomorrow", the room was halfway below ground, had single beds and about 12sqm, compared with room in confirmation with double bed and nearly twice the areasince it was early evening I decided to have dinner at the restaurant and wait for the staff to get in contact with the hotel owner but there was no action regarding my issue, I left the key to the room and let them know I wouldn't stay and use the roomafter contact with Booking.com Customer Support the hotel owner offered me another room, at that time I had made another booking at a hotel nearby with service minded staffmy claims regarding the payment for the room payed in advance is rejected by the hotel owner in means that I was offered another room at the endmy advice is chose other hotels nearby, there are several places with more friendly personal and location, Petersens Landhaus is one of the most unfriendly hotels I ever visited in Europe
    • Parking was limited but there were parking options in the street in front of the hotel.

Room 30 was fantastic and our children were overjoyed, having two floors in a hotel room. The beds were really comfortable and the living space fantastic. The restaurant served good food for a good price and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and even took a food order literally five minutes before the kitchen closed. It was a fantastic place to stay at on the last day of our holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was limited but there were parking options in the street in front of the hotel.

    Breakfast

Our reservation was missed. we got the "last" room they said. The sofa bed was not made up even though we had booked a room for 4 people. When we told the staff he just sighed and was going to call someone. When we came back to put the children to bed, the bed was still not made and there was no bedding either. We had to go and were told again and were met with the same wretchedness again. We even had to be annoyed to get sheets. We get this thrown to us after a while but have to make our own beds. Might as well have been out camping but still had to pay full price. tragic.

All what we need; bed, breakfast and parking. Room was nice, breakfast awwsome and park is fine. Dinner was delicious. If you like be several days, location near by ocean was so great. And hey, swimming pool and sauna ♥️

room is clean, check in and out is fast. bathroom clean

error report between the hotel itself and booking, for instance, in booking it writes the hotel is equipped by the "Ironing equipment" but actually not. Bicycle rental service, but actually not....The sound insulation effect is very poor.

Nice place when you arrive. The rooms was nice and but it was in the basement sort of.

During breakfast it was dirty. Dirty dishes everywhere after customers left. Nobody picked them up. Small breakfast with few choices/selection. A lot of food had run out and no one refilled even though we were there in good time during breakfast. It looked like they had one personal to manage everything. The poor lady looked stressed.

We liked really a lot the room, the setting and furnishing. Very much light filled room, comfy bed, big warderobe.

    Location & Breakfast

    very loud staff in front of our door in the morning; sauna closed on 20:00;

    4Ann-kathrinPosted on: 5-3-2022

Food was very good, beds were comfy and room had a lot of sun light

The “heated” pool was freezing cool (apparently it’s supposed to be 20 degrees which still wouldn’t be very warm); staff didn’t make us feel welcome, more like a burden

    5WilmaPosted on: 12-6-2021

The gentleman that served us during dinner was awesome!

The carpets in our Bedroom was extremely dirty! A propper carpet cleaning is urgently needed. Unfortunately the central heating was defect on our first night there and it was very cold in the room.

    8AndreiPosted on: 4-29-2021

Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Staff is very friendly. Renovation/modernisation on the first floor was going on during stay (April 2021), so rooms are expected to be even better. Special thanks for the power sockets from each side of the bed.

The double bed was actually two single beds next to each other with old and uncomfortable matresses.
