City Hotel Hanau

Price and quality ratio was good, as we just slept in your hotel and did not spend any time.It is good for Group, but not recommended for family.

Hotel is located at main street in Hanau, so everything is very loudly, enough cars is heart.

cleanliness, the shower was very dirty from the outside and the shower itself was tiny.The soap container just lay on the ground as the wall holder broke. The installed hair dryer (at the mirror) was broken (and there was no sign that it was the case)... only on my way out, did I see another (very dirty hairdryer) on the window sill. the bed was OK, but the blanket was very thin. the chair at the desk was terrible to sit in, the lighting was horrible and there was incredibly loud traffic outside.The hotel does not provide any form of beverage. Except for tap water...

the rooms on the main thoroughfare side were filled with noise of trafficno electric fans in the room to help with keeping cool (at the time temps outdoor reached 37 Celsius) no air conditioning

good value for money

hallway smelt of cigarette smoke, owners of hotel did not care about Corona safety measures

It was very clean.

There is a lot of noise because of the main street. It has some broken things and the light of the bathroom didn't work. Too expensive for the uncomfortable beds.

human touch is always winning , manager has been amazing to find what I needed !
